This apartment is full of character with beautiful interior. Clean and with everything you could need for a self contained stay in Santiago. Very close to the cathedral in a charming area. Very attentive staff who messaged us often during our stay to enquire if we needed anything at all. Price was reasonable for 3 people. Highly recommended!

Drunk people was shouting on the street till 6 am so it was not easy to sleep. There was a festival those days so this might not be always a problem.

The property is excellent and the hosts very kind and helpful. Location is downtown, close to the cathedral, which is both amazing and noisy.

Would have liked some tissues or kitchen napkins and tea/coffee for when we arrived. Extra tea towel would be helpful for guests staying multiple days.

Great location. Nice room layout, basic kitchen, comfortable bed, quiet room. Nice to have heating without having to ask staff to turn it on. Nice high ceilings, small but private courtyard. Provided adequate toilet paper! Great to have washing machine/dryer combo. Great dim lighting in bathroom (for night time) and bedroom. Easy no-key access. Nice clean bedroom linen.

Host was a little slow in responding for access code, however it all worked out. We actually ended up being able to get in earlier which we appreciated.

The loft area space felt a bit wasted. Would suggest they consider converting the loft area into the bedroom rather, and move the lounge area downstairs.

Was nicely located very close to the cathedral. Excellent place to stay at the end of the camino. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful and gave a very warm welcome. The host also accommodated us greatly by storing a parcel for us until our arrival there. Would highly recommend!

The passcode of the room door did not work in the second morning, keeping us outside the room. Luckily a staff member is nearby and provided us assistance.

The location is great, in the midst of the beautiful old town of Santiago. It only takes a few-minutes walk to the major attraction of the city. The room is spacious and has an elegant decoration. The washing machine and dryer worked well. When we needed advice on transportation to airport, the staff were very helpful and provided useful advice.

The apartment was located right above a bar, and the loud noise could be heard even through closed windows until early morning. We had to wake up at 7 am to catch a flight, and unfortunately, due to the noise, we only got a few hours of sleep. The parking was located quite far away, but the staff was helpful in providing information.

The staff was attentive and helpful. The apartment's interior was generally pleasant and tasteful, but the kitchen left a somewhat cheap impression.

The pillows were filthy and smelled terrible. Bed did not smell fresh at all, not sure if bedsheets were ever changed after last people that stayed there. Towels were not clean. The kitchen was lacking dish rack to dry the dishes in. Place was way overpriced. No salt or pepper ( basic condiments which should be available) place was extremely dark, had to use my cell phone flashlight. Couldn’t even make coffee.

A bit noisy at night--but everything probably is in that area. I'd recommend marking the stairs. There were two that would be easy to trip on--one coming out of the apt, and the first step going down.

The bathtub plug was missing when I entered the apartment. I was not able to take a bath after finishing the Camino de Santiago.

The host is friendly and helpful. I found that the bathtub plug was missing and she eventually delivered a new one to the place for me.

The shower isn’t great - its mainly a bath with a shower facility and is a bit slippery. There aren’t really any good supermarkets close by which is quite important for a self-catering apartment, so you need to plan in advance.

The location is absolutely fantastic, in the heart of the old town, 5 mins from the Cathedral. Despite this it is not too noisy and we slept soundly. The apartment is very spacious and the bed is lovely and comfortable. The apartment was incredibly clean and it is great that they provide fans, so you can close the windows at night and stay cool.

I have to say that a door code needs to be changed (that isn't secure). On the other hand, the bed wasn't confortable. The apartment is also a bit hot without A/C, we had to open the windows during the night. Toilet and kitchen require some renew.

The apartment location is very good. Right in Santiago old town, but it's actually a quiet apartment. The apartment was clean and equipped with basic things (good enough for couple of days stay). It has also a very good size for a family.

The apartment was in a very central location and quiet at night time, very spacious and newly renovated, well decorated and it had a small terrace at the back to hang your pants out! Miguel the person we dealt with was very helpful. The kitchen was very good and even had olive oil and sandwich maker.

Desperately in need of a kettle and tea coffee making facilities. For a 3 day stay we couldn't make a hot drink.

Location was perfect, the interaction from the host was 1st class, the apt is exceptionally clean with super WiFi & all u need for your stay, located at the back of the building meant peace & quiet. Luggage storage at no extra charge check in/ out is done electronically but the host contacted to make sure all was OK. Can't recomend this gem of an apt enough 10/10 👍👍👍

Very close to everything I wanted to see. Nice to just use codes instead of keys to get in and out of the doors. Loved that there was an area for sleeping, a kitchen with refrigerator and washer, as well as a sitting area both inside and outside. Really comfortable place!

The combination for unlocking the door seemed rather obvious so not sure how secure it is. I would urge the owners to change the conurbation every day
