No human contact, but good email instruction on how to enter. Late check in at 5pm. No reception to leave luggage so had to cart it around all day. (Get yourself an afternoon flight). Not far from the action but up a steep hill, nice quiet area. Bit of a faff trying to find the pool which was very nice overlooking the fantastic view. Bought, and left a couple of Mugs there as cups made very small cuppa. Took a while to realise the gas cooker needed matches to light it, there were some in a kitchen drawer. Could have done with some basic instructions for appliances and how to access the pool. When windy, which it was, the kitchen window didn't close fully which resulted with doors slamming until we realized and kept them all shut.

Fantastic view from double size balcony, under cover with afternoon sun. Beautiful appartmenment. Comfortable bed. Dish washer, washing machine, microwave, full oven. Iron and board. Bath with overhead shower. Lovely white towels A few basic toiletries and welcome kitchen pack.

We had a small problem with a key. Rang Bookings.com. No customer service whatsoever. Told they would ring me back. Apartment booked for March, still awaiting their call, as I make this statement, it’s April!

Walk up hill to apartment was a drag.,if you are unfit,but you have taxi or bus service.

These are not dislikes but maybe just a bit of feedback. Maybe needs a coat of paint as lots of black marks on the wall in the bedroom. We put our cases under the bed and noticed there was lots of dust and fluff. We like to cook and eat in and the kitchen knives were blunt just needs something to sharpen them. Also make sure there is something to light the gas hob as I had to pop out to buy a lighter. In no way did these things spoil our visit.

I might be biased as I have stayed here a few times now. Our host Ivan is a very pleasant friendly and helpful host who will go out of his way to help you and make sure you have a relaxing holiday. The apartment was perfect with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The best bit being the fantastic views over Benidorm Bay and the sunsets. Also just a couple of minutes walk to the beach are great friendly bars (stag and pheasant) and a well stocked supermarket.

The sofa is uncomfortable. In the autumn/winter the direct sun on the balcony is limited to mid afternoon to sunset

The views over the entire Benidorm Bay with the mountain backdrop and also beyond Alicante were superb with the variety of lighting at different times of the day. The sunsets were unequalled. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped with a lovely big balcony.The beds were comfortable and all the linen and towels were of good quality.The washing machine was a bonus as we were there for a long stay so didn't need to pack masses of clothing. The entire block is well kept and we enjoyed using the pool area which is quiet in the autumn months. We appreciated the apartments being in a quieter part of Benidorm with the main beach being a 5 minute walk, a well stocked supermarket within 15minutes walk and another useful Spanish minimarket ( not the One Stop Shop!!!! avoid!!) under 5 minutes away down the road on the bend. Handy for local buses. There were lovely walks immediately from the apartment to small coves and coastal mountains We are over 70 and didn't find the slope to the apartment a problem appreciating more the views and tranquility that the situation provided.

Poor unsecured WiFi without password log in protection. Lack of an informational booklet detailing white goods operation and other items. Single beds noted a double.

Best apartments we have ever stayed in Benidorm. Immaculate inside and clean through. Easy accessible with own keys. Well equipped doesn’t describe it. Everything you could possibly need. Dish washer, washing machine, full size fridge freezer. All kitchen equipment supplied down to cleaning kit. Huge bathroom and’s shower. Loads of storage spaces within built in wardrobes and many drawers. Safe, WiFi, air conditioning and sky tv all included in upfront prices with no extras to pay. Larger double balcony and furniture without fabulously views overlooking Levante Beaches toward some the old town headland. Couple of minor issues weren’t dealt with efficiently and promptly by Ivan the manager.

There is quiet a steep hill to climb to get to the apartment block

The only thing I’d change is the sheets; I’d put fitted sheets so it’s easier for the housekeepers and neater for the guests.

The most professional host we’ve encountered in Spain, everything was well organised, from the booking confirmation, check in process, to the check out. Clear and detailed instructions. They were kind enough to allow us early entry because our apartment was ready. They’re easily reached if needed. The apartment we stayed in was very comfortable, clean, and it had everything you need while on a vacation. Each guest has their own cleaning set with a new sponge and dishwashing liquid which is great because you don’t use someone else’s who was there before you. The view was amazing and walking distance from the supermarket Veracruz (great selection, reasonable prices), restaurants, bars, and of course the beach. In Lido apartments, you have a pool at -4 level and directly below it is a nice sea access point so you don’t even have to go to the big sandy beach if you don’t want to. Deposit is paid 2-3 days before the arrival and it’s returned a few days after the check out.

We loved Lido apartments and can't wait to go back in November.its has everything you could possibly need and so much more.the host was great at giving us all the information we needed to get into our apartment 10A when we arrived the views we had were breathtaking and as we entered our apartment it was clear the place is kept to the highest of standards very fresh modern and clean.it was fully equipped with everything you need washing machine, dishwasher,a brilliant shower.both bedroom and living room have sliding glass doors onto the biggest veranda with comfortable outside furniture.when I say the views we're amazing I mean it I could have sat and looked at that for hours a day.both swimming pools were a treat not cold and whole area lovely and peaceful again while taking in them beautiful views.we also enjoyed the private access to the beach for a dip in the sea.Lido is definitely our new favourite place to stay!

Did not have any welcome from hosts did not see them the entire stay, and we booked a room for 2 adults 2 children ages 13 and 17 we had the double bed and all there was for them was a sofa bed in the lounge which was not a great size and 2 boys there age don't want to be sharing a bed so they took it in turns sleeping on cushions on the floor was not ideal.
