Front desk is available 24/7, and the personell is very kind and helpful. The apartament was very clean, confortable and it was stocked with all the necesities. The location of the hotel is great because it is close to bus and metro stations, also it is at walking distance from the Biopark. We will for sure come back!

Walls a little thin with noisy neighbours. Sofa bed could be a little more comfortable.

Staff were exceptional and friendly. Location was a 10 minute easy walk to the bio park (our main reason) and less than 30 mins to the Catherdral

Not much to complain about here, could have better art on the walls if I'm being picky.

Great location right next to Turia Park. The apartment is spacious. A/C was working and took no time at all to cool off the space. The staff was friendly. Plenty of storage space. Nice view from our 6th floor.

The apartment was very clean and big. I was there with my 2 year old son and we like our stay there a Lot. There is everything you need for your stay, the room was perfect and They were very Nice and helpful at the reception.

We were sometimes bothered by noises from other guests or coming from the surroundings of the hotel, the noise isolation could be improved. It was for some reason not easy to adjust the water temperature of the rain shower while that was not a problem with the shower head.

I was traveling with my mother so we were most positively surprised that we got two separate rooms and not just two beds in the same room. The apartment was really spacious, the living was full of light, the kitchen was well equipped if you don't plan to cook too much, the people at the reception were always very friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable, there were blinds so you could make the bedrooms as dark as you wished, the bathroom was also offering a lot of comfort with two sinks and a bidet.

The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable. Reception staff were helpful. The location is a little out of the centre but good for the Bio Park and the Metro is frequent and easy to navigate.

Everything was superlative.

The location is close to public transportation and approximately 20 minutes' walk from the city center. The receptionists were very kind and were very helpful with advice on the objectives that can be visited. Arriving earlier, we were able to leave our luggage in the storage room. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and linen and towels are changed every 3 days. WI-FI is very good.

Breakfast was not so various so in my opinion it is not worth the money, 30€/day for family of 4. But again this is just my opinion:)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is very good, safe and quiet. Apartment is very spatious. Beds are comfortable. We used heating couple of times as it was February so good to know that it is available. Taxi is not expensive so suggest to use it, especially for families as from city center to our apartament it was less then 10€.

The sound insolation is pretty bad in the apartment. You can a lot of noise from your neighbor upstairs.

Clean room, comfortable beds, good location, close to the bus station and Turia Path. You can park your car in the garage for €10 /dat.
