I loved this apartment!

No laundry washer at apartments. The apartment house provides the service of paid laundry, but you can`t just pay and leave you clothes there. You have to wait until it get washed, then to put it to dryer and wait until it get dry, which takes over 90 minutes, which you would prefer not to lose for it, when you come as a tourist.

The size of apartment. Location is good (calm and peaceful). Underground parking. Availability of reception with helpful staff.

We liked everything.

Spacious flat with a view, in a good location about a 15 - 20 minute stroll to the historical center. Very clean with all amenities available. There is also a storage room where you can leave your luggage if you leave the city much later than the check- out.Daily breakfast with a variety of dishes was all we needed to start our day 🙂

Arrived late so would have been nice if a sachet of coffee or tea bag available in room or even a bottle of water. Otherwise nothing to moan about.

Good location opposite the park. 20min walk into the old town. Large supermarket close by Carrefour. Able to hire bikes from the hotel, ideal for getting to science park and the many beaches.

We liked everything.

Very welcoming reception staff, beautifully clean and well presented apartment. Great decor. They only thing that let it down was that one of the sinks in the bathroom took a long time to empty. Other than that, we couldn't fault the place.

Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious, clean apartment. Really nice bathroom. The change of linen on 3rd day was great. Shops & cafes nearby. Proximity to bus stops very useful.

Really good value for money, and our room was able to sleep all 6 of us comfortably! Had everything you could ask for (hairdryer, kettle, even a coffee machine!). Bus into town/the beach was a 2 minute walk, and was really easily accessible, would definitely recommend!

On a hot summer days, there should be an opportunity to change towels more often than every three days. Couldn’t find an escape route from the 8th floor in event of fire on the floors below.

Vert pleasant and helpful staff 24/7.Good for bike hire from the hotel. Nice to be able to use bicycles to quickly get to now the surrounding area and get to the center and the old town.

No cutlery drainer to dry on. Air con controller only show 19*C and cannot make it any lower The fridge door missing button shelve so hard to put milk or any liquid not prooerty closed leak out. TV only had BBC world service so cannot watch anything else. Three days too long for room service after showering twice a day you need clean towels after second day.

Big size of room. Kitchen utentiles was all there for all my needs Fridge to keep food and drinks cold.

There was a lack of available plug outlets in the bedroom, but we got around that.

Nice apartment with easy access to transit. About a 25 min walk to the historic old town area, and a 20 min bus ride to the oceanography/science museums. Very friendly staff, and on-site reasonably priced parking. Nice kitchen/living area in the apartment, and the bathroom was spacious for this type of flat.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning system brought in smells from the other apartments in the morning. We kept smelling the food being cooked from our neighbors. The access cards can be faulty at times. The system simply doesn't recognize them and doesn't open the room door or the parking garage door. The fridge completely froze the food we put in it over night, in just 6 hours. There are no shops open later than 9-10 in the vicinity. It's not something the hotel itself can solve (they do offer a selection of ingredients, sweets and beverages at a higher price than supermarkets), but it's worth considering when booking, if you find yourself out and about until late at night and you're hungry when you return and your fridge is empty. The parking space is below the hotel and the corridor is kind of narrow for some cars, so you must be careful when you maneuver to get in or out.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, near some bus stops, so it's easy to explore the city and return whenever you feel like it. 24/7 reception, making it easy to check in late or buy something from the in-house mini-shop. They offer parking for an extra fee which can be convenient mainly because the surrounding streets are always full of parked cars and you may not find a parking space. nearby. The apartment itself was really nice, with a living with open space kitchen where you had absolutely every cooking tool you needed for a few days. The bathroom was large enough, with a bathtub, which we liked. The bed was really comfy and large, and we had blinds so we could sleep during the morning without being bothered by the sun. It's a really nice place to stay for a few good days in Valencia.
