Everything was just perfect. We found a bottle of water in the fridge, really appreciated 👍 We liked the easy coffee machine, with some pads included. We will come back!

This is an amazing apartment. We were 6 people and we all slept perfect. It was very easy to take the keys. Our flight back was in the late evening and we left our baggage in the lobby for free. There is also available toilet and bathroom in the loby. The location is more than good. If I go again, I will definitely go to this apartment.

We were there at the weekend and it was a little noisy with people walking passed but not the apartments fault.

Everything was fab. Handy location. Great services building with codes to the main door and a fabulous luggage lock up with use of showers, toilets etc

I hoped the windows were soundproof but they are not.

The reception is great and lockers are really useful. I like the option of unattended check-in. All instructions sent to email. The bed and matress are truly comfortable and the apartment is spacious as well.

Kettle did not auto switch off, toaster was very small (2 slice instead of a 4 slice) as 3 of us stayed in the property. Limited amount of cutlery, no washing up liquid provided when arrived. Dining chairs could have done with a cushion, slightly uncomfortable if sitting for extended period. Bathroom shower water did not run to the waste drain. It ran towards to bathroom door & into the corridor.

We had 2 bedroom apartment, and the living room facing the street would have a bit traffic noise at night but doesn't reach the bedrooms. Kitchen small fridge is incorporated and unfortunately the furniture door doesnt close properly anymore and you need to be careful to extra push it.

Big space, big bed & many pillows, AC with heating also, good location (Mercadona-5min), good wifi and lan socket in every room, kitchen fully equipped with 2 dish washer tablets, free laundry & dryer at ground floor. Helpful stuff & late checkout upon availability. Quiet in the bedrooms. Many free luggage lockers!

Sofa bed was not very comfortable, but ok for short stay.

Great location, short walking distance to the restaurants, beach, bus stop to the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clear check-in and out instructions, great communication.

Bathroom needs touching up, has mould stains and cracks, however still was relatively clean , toilet paper was worst that could be provided 😄 but i got my own from a shop (lol personal preference), also shower gel in shower was out, so bought our own, do take that in consideration. Will not remove any marks for that as overall very happy with the stay

Clean and tidy, great location, all walkable distance to anywhere in Alicante, peaceful area and great food around. Very friendly staff. Do bear in mind washing machine is not inside the flat (it’s laundry at reception, but it was great and efficient, also very quick 30 min wash, 30 min drying). Plenty of towels, great space, TV Didn’t work in living room , but was fixed as soon as we told them. Iron plug was bent, but they replaced iron instantly too. So all was very smooth and efficient.
