It was almost clean excepting the hairs of the cleaning ladies on the sheets, towels..

The view from 5th floor to the beach I think you dont have a view if you are on the 1st 2nd and 3rd floor because of the trees

While the refurbishment is excellent the outdoor pool is now just one you can stand up in for a cool down. Dont expect a pool you can swim in although there is a small indoor pool too if the weather is not so good. The appartments overlook a noisy bar but like all bars the music has to be off at midnight but there are often a few people shouting for a little while after that. The walls of the rooms are not very sound proof so you do hear some noise in the appartment. Reception will sort it for you if it gets too much but if you want a really quiet time dont go in peak season.

The appartments are in an excellent location, close to the beach and shops. The reception and outside area have recently had a make over which has been well done and there are more sunloungers and a new sunbathing deck on the first floor. The now serve food and cocktails to you on your lounger and these were great. The staff are always excellent and very helpful. It is nice to see the same staff every year.

However the location did have a drawback, we were on the front of the property and the two local bars situated on that street, we're loud and ran till midnight

The facilities on site are excellent and the rooms are excellent, well laid out and nice and modern. The location close to the beach and shops suited our party too

- the kitchen is big as for such an appartment, but the equipment is realy poor (no cheese gratin, no lids, no basic ingredients like salt, pepper, oil) the water in the swimming pool is not heated

- Spacious appartment - cleaning everyday (except Sundays) - you cannot be closer to the beach than here which is very convinient with a small child - very good breakfast (with a changing menu throughout the week)

Breakfast choices were bizarre at times and lacked consistency. Individuals will have their own opinions. Most guests chose hard-boiled eggs over the fried eggs on offer. I had the fried eggs (as did my wife when they weren't covered with mushrooms, peppers, onions or whatever). Over 8 mornings we had baked beans offered only once, hash browns only once, tuna and tomato pasties once, calimari once, chicken burgers twice. It was obvious a LOT of food was going to waste every day!:I think they need to offer less variety, better quality generally, less bizarre choices - prawns in scrambled egg? - or at least label them so people would know if they were going to be biting into onion rings or calimari! All that said, I did enjoy breakfast - my wife who's not so brave, less so - but it could have been soooo much better and it was a tad disappointing after reading generally favourable reviews.

Constantly smelled our neighbors cooking food.

Excellent location of the apartments, 50m from the sand beach. 30 min by taxi from airport ( 46e price for the taxi). Modern furniture, clean rooms and bath, comfortable beds and pillows. Stuff were helpful. Many restaurants, cafes and shops around. I recommend these apartments!!!

Excellent Location-well placed for all three local beaches. Staff were helpful and professional. Comfortable beds and living area. Very clean. Lifeguard in pool area. Inside swimming pool/gym/playroom were well kept. We had 5 apartments with balconies and all were in good condition

You can hear the loud music from some bars close by but it does not last long at night.

Excellent place for a family. We had an amazing time. You are right in front of the beach. The pool was not busy and the staff was helpful. Fantastic breakfast and perfect location if you do not have a car. Air con in the flat was such a bonus!

The only objection was that it was not possible to lock the bathroom :-) Threre was a party till 3am for half of nights we stayed in the hotel just under our windows, so maybe check with the hotel stuff in advance, if it is a problem for you.

Appartment was very comfortable and very clean, exactly as you see on the photos. There was everyting we needed for out 1 week stay. We stayed there as a family (2 adults and 2 kids) and it was absolutely ok. The breakfast was good for the price (12 EUR per person, 6 EUR for children 6-12, children <2 for free). The location is perfect, almost on the beach, near several restaurants, pubs ...

No free parking directly at the apartments, however free parking in areas close by (might be a bit challenging to find a spot).

Great property, apartments are clean and very spacious for a family of 3 with good kitchen facilities. Staff were amazing, and the cot was ready in the bedroom when we arrived. The location was also good, very close to the beach and about a 20 minute walk from a Lidl. Both pools were quiet with space to relax.

Air conditioning in the apartment was not working very well. The temperature was not possible to get low enough in our opinion and we struggled to sleep at night as the apartment was to hot. Hotel is running a central cooling system and not individual DX unit. Some noise from the pubs nearby but not so much it’s a problem. Some guest at the hotel (like every hotel) like to hijack sun beds around the pool early in the morning and then leave it occupied all day long without using it or being at the hotel. Usually I see them return from the beach late in the evening to pick up their belongings before going back to their apartment. The pool area is not that big and with a small number of beds this is annoying and unnecessary.

Very good location near beach. Breakfast is very good and every day a little different, which is very pleased. The hotel staff is very friendly and immediately tried to fulfill our requests.

The only thing that needs addressing is paying attention to details when cleaning. There were black hairs on the bathroom floor, the magnifying mirror was dusty and the teacups were stained.

The hotel was excellent in terms of space, location and comfort. We should have stayed longer!
