Well, everything, the location is 2 minutes to Plaza Mayor, cleanliness,it is almost a new apartment, equipped with everything you need , Fernando and Isabel were really helpful with many advices

VERY MINOR and seems to be common in Spain: Space was not uncomfortable, but wish we could've controlled the temperature without contacting the owner. Not very practical at 2:00AM.

Location could not have been better and the apartment was very spacious, quaint, comfy and clean. The host and his sweet daughter met us and were very welcoming. They even made sure we got to the taxi stand on time for our train at the end of our journey. The restauarant suggested was the best food and wine we had in Spain. (reasonable as well) He lives in the area and is obvioulsy very dedicatd to making sure his guests enjoy this beautiful town and have have everything they need while staying in this lovely flat. Definitely a place that merits a return visit.

Nothing! It was perfect!

The perfect stay in the perfect location close to the amazing Plaza Major, market, restaurants and sights. A lovely modern, light filled apartment with very comfortable beds , a fully stocked kitchen and modern bathrooms with fluffy towels . Fernando is an amazing host and has everything very organized. He is ready and willing to help you with any questions.

The location is great, the apartment has everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the host, Fernando, was fantastic. Check in was a breeze, Fernando gave us heaps of great tips for our stay and met us at the beginning and end of our stay to assist with luggage. Thanks Fernando!

Cannot think of anything at all.

Beautiful condition, as if new. Excellently equipped kitchen, all mod cons. Thoughtful array of plugs, cables etc. Fernando, the host was incredibly helpful before and during the stay, to make sure we got the most out of Salamanca.

The building is across from La Plaza which is great, but the street is sometimes busy and drivers drive really fast on a tiny road. This make it a bit noisy. It is also near a bar which is loud especially on Saturday nights. It is more like a rumbles noise that was difficult to block. If you are a light sleeper, bring a noise machine.

The place is in a very centric location, we could walk everywhere! It easy accessible, very nicely decorated and very clean. The host, Fernando, was always ready to help and made us feel at home. He was willing to go above and beyond to solve any issues or to help. It is a pretty safe place too.

Everything was perfect, definitely nothing to complain.

Location was perfect and in two minutes walking distance to the Plaza Mayor. Everything was close to the apartment, so no car needed for sightseeing. The apartment was fully equiped, nothing was missing and perfect for our stay of three nights. Fernando, the host, was very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely chose this apartment whenever we will be in Salamanca again .

Location was perfect for the main sites in this compact and beautiful city. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing recommendations on places to eat and things to see and do, and making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. 1. Fernando is the perfect host. 2. The location is perfect 3. the property is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully stocked for short stays 4. The apartment is super-quiet despite its central location 5. the availability of a lift/ elevator makes it a very accessible property for people who might find stairs a problem. 6. it is super clean!

There wasn't anything I disliked.

Fernando was an amazing host who was communicative and very helpful. He gave us a lot of good tips in order to acclimate to the area. Very thoughtful.

Fernando met us at the parking lot and helped us carry our luggage to the apartment. A "welcome package" was there --- wine and (a lot of excellent) chocolate! This place is an excellent value for money!

A little noisy at night from youth in the streets.

the location was prime. The just was amazingly hospitable. the elevator lift was just outside the front door.

The apartment was ideally located near the Plaza Major. Fernando was an excellent host and very attentive. He gave us lots of information and help. We were lucky to check in early and check out late. Nothing was too much trouble for Fernando. I highly recommend this property.

We liked everything but here are the main things: the location was amazing, the flat was extremely clean and had everything we needed (and more!), the WiFi was very good (which was important for us as we both had to work from there during a few days) and Fernando, the host, was very welcoming and was there to help us with whatever we needed. We honestly rarely stayed in a flat that made us feel so much at home.

Everything was fine with the apartment.

The location is central and close to the Plaza Mayor and main tourist sights. There are plenty of restaurants nearby with lots of choice. The apartment was ideal for us for our 8 day stay. Everything worked well and the kitchen contains everything needed for a multiday stay. Fernando is an excellent, conscientious host who was exceedingly helpful.

The location is really central. You can visit the city all by feet. Everything is walking distance. Despite being central the apartment is very quiet.

Kitchen could be slightly better stocked if you’re wanting to live there for a longer period, but more than sufficient for a short stay. All suggestions I made, Fernando immediately fixed. Really appreciate him!

Ideal location 1 minute from Plaza Mayor. All other places to visit within easy walking distance. A lovely large very clean apartment with comfy beds large sitting room 2 bathrooms was handy. Fernando was a fantastic host advising on places to visit eat at etc. He couldn't be more helpful. We'd stay there again.
