Only gripe was the people above us were noisy on their feet, there were road works late at night but only 2 of the nights. Neither of these were the hotels issues. The bathroom had a very unpleasant smell, didn’t complain because I didn’t want to. I just love it

My one complaint is we were on the 16th floor with the bar above us. The scraping of chairs/ furniture upstairs in the bar was really noisey especially in the afternoons and evenings. Though I’m not sure what can really be done about this.

Loved the property, very modern, clean. Room was very comfortable. Overall really happy with our stay. Thought they had put a lot of effort into the Saturday dinner to be valentines themed which was really sweet.

The attitude of the waiters from the rooftop bar was a bit poor. We even seen two of them arguing in front of people what’s really not professional. They should avoid doing that in the future.

Would have preferred to see drink prices displayed in sky bar before purchasing, beautiful views however I may not have paid €15 for a G&T if I had known the cost beforehand.

Hotel location was excellent. Rome was very clean as was the rest of the hotel, staff were friendly and attentive. We only stayed Bed & Breakfast, breakfast was superb with a great choice for everyone as well as being well cooked. Our room had rain shower with also choice converted shower head with very good pressure.

Amazing hotel with great staff. Hotel was very comfortable and our room was modern with adequate lighting. Would have liked to have had a bath as well as a shower, but the shower was excellent, plenty of mirrors. We did upgrade and our room was extremely quiet (Room 902). Breakfast was perfect 10/10. Everything you could want and freshly cooked if required. The roof top bar was amazing with perfect views over the bay the and the sunset. Music however was horrific and the waiter somewhat miserable, but he was the only one.

Room was excellent size fantastic walk in shower.Large comfortable bed .Lovely balcony ,fridge in room very handy.Breakfast fantastic so much choice cooked continental they got it all.Didnt use either pool as visit in January but hoping to use both in April when we return.Bar staff very friendly great waitress service,good choice of food and drinks.All shops and the seafront in walking distance and the bus stop is 100 yards down road for travel to other parts of Benidorm.

The location is brilliant just beside the old town and 5 mins from the beach. The hotel is spotless clean and the buffet has all you need. Staff are all lovely and friendly. The view from the rooms at the front of the hotel are fab the sunsets are unreal.I would highly recommend this hotel. 10 out of 10

We like everything! The staff in the buffet and the Oasis bar was helpful , they made we feel very welcome! Its a very clean hotel. We feel very welcome from the reception team! It's amazing place to stay! It's very presentable hotel !

The Soap in bathroom, had a horrible earthy smell, which we didn't like. Also later we had smell of stagnant water. Another chair in bedroom would be good. Could do with more hooks or shelving in bathroom. (In fact we take our own over the door hanger). Can't use disabled lift without key. Awkward to carry items up & down stairs.
