Too many British tourists

The buffet, the pool and rooftop bar. The fact they we could enjoy the stay without even going out to Benidorm itself.

There could be more entertainment !

The staff were exceptional I want to thank Natalia and Mika who were working in the bar during the day and night they went above and beyond for me and my mom ! They made our holiday such lovely girls , the hotel was exceptional didn’t feel like you were in benidorm ( haha ) the only thing I would fault is there not being any entertainment during the week days other than that it was 10/10 and we will definitely be back !

Our fridge didn’t work in our room and we did not have a bin. We complained about this but our fridge still wasn’t fixed.

We loved the decor of the hotel and the cleanliness. The food from the pool bar was always amazing and the service was great.

If you don’t pre book the rooftop area for the evening you can’t even get a drink there as it’s busy with non hotel guests queuing which is annoying. The showers are very good however they soaked the bathroom as the water doesn’t drain quick enough.

Rooftop bar is brilliant, hotel room spotless and shower very powerful. Excellent breakfast with so many options. They let us check in early as our room was ready which is a great help. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The late checkout option for 35 euros also worth it if you have a later flight like we did.

This was more than we expected. It has two pools and a bar/restaurant at each pool. You don’t even need to leave the hotel if you didn’t want to. The hotel itself was modern and clean. We loved our stay here. So relaxing and good value for money and also just a short 5 minute walk to the beach but far enough away that you don’t hear any noise from the bars at night time.

Reception staff would never make eye contact. Sometimes the evening meal wasn’t hot. Always ask for pool view as rear view was not so good.

Modern room, shower great, breakfast good, evening meal good but sometimes not too hot. Staff in dining room was very friendly especially with the Spanish guests. Showing them to their tables. Rooms were clean,Fresh towels every morning.

Shower was temperamental at times, and would stitch temperatures. Water pressure also wasn’t the best.

This hotel was just outstanding. It brought a relaxing factor with its many amenities to offer. It was around a 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 from the main strip. It was definitely worth every penny and would love to return in the future.

The roof top bar can get busy. So it can be a little hard to place your drinks order. So maybe during busy times they could have one more member of staff taking orders and it would be perfect.

Clean, stylish. Quiet location just outside the old town! Amazing roof top bar/pool and amazing cocktails. Service was also fantastic would stay again in a heartbeat

The room we had was for 4 people but there was only one small table and two chairs on the balcony and only enough tea/coffee making facilities for 2 people. Additional mugs/glasses were requested and provided quickly.

Cannot fault the hotel at all. Very clean, excellent choices for breakfast and everything was fresh. Perfect location, amazing views from the 17th floor bar and infinity pool. Very helpful staff throughout. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Not all of the staff are speaking in English well.

The area and events, there are actually a lot of things to do, swimming pool, restaurants and rooftop was amazing. Breakfast was brilliant as well and even fresh fruits. Our room was nice and clean. They have their own app on the TV which is nice and there is even “Clean data history” button which is a cool detail if someone is scared. Small tip, book the room on the hotel’s website, it’s cheaper

The only thing I can fault we had an issue with the shower for a couple of days but they did sort it out in the end. I'm being a little picky with this but A little peg or two in the bathroom to hang up clothes would be quite useful.
