Nothing - had a minor issue with checking in and the room had not been cleaned, however the staff sorted the issue very quickly and a lovely gesture received from the manager.

Perfect location, really spacious room and well equipped. Lovely atmosphere around the whole resort.

Maria's pool area was ok but there was noisy building work around the building.

collection of the keys was easy at the hotel reception but it would have been nice if someone had shown us to our apartments as they were a walk away across the harbourside and difficult to find. The apartments were in a lovely location with easy access to all local amenities. The area is flat, so easy walking for elderly or disabled. The cleaning service was excellent.

A room change was required due to poor decor standard of first room allocated. No bag porterage offered meant we had to carry heavy cases up two flights of stairs (twice due to room change)

Excellent location in the heart of Puerto Mogan in Little Venice, close to excellent restaurants and shops. Reception staff very helpful in resolving issues (see dislikes)

The accommodation was very dated, and the kitchenette fixtures, fittings and furniture All poor.

The apartment was a little tired, and could do with a refresh. Clean and comfortable in fairness with access to an amazing roof terrace which really made it for us.

The roof terrace was fantastic, and the location was perfect, quiet but in the centre of things. The pool was lovely and the food in the restaurant varied and very good.

Very nice location close to harbour and beach. All necessary features were available plus roof garden. Relaxed, atmospheric district. Nice patio with trees.

On arrival, loud noise from workmen at adjacent apartment. Complained to receptionist who first told us we could have a refund but that there were no available empty rooms for us to change to. When pressed, she did offer us another apartment which was acceptable, but not sure why she didn’t mention this when first asked….it caused a certain amount of ill feeling.

Shower was a bit weak. The balcony and terrace chairs were not very clean. Kitchen a bit small if you want to cook anything more than convenience food.

We would have liked a balcony to sit on , I didn’t realise a French Balcony was only really patio doors but that was my fault We would also liked a toaster in the kitchen

Quite far away from the main hotel, our key cards stopped working and had to walk all the way back to the hotel lobby to fix them. The room and the pool area were a bit old fashioned and basic for this price range, but there isn't that many options in Mogan to choose from so the price is understandable.

Good, standard apartment with all basic ammenities. Room was cleaned every day and the apartment was spacious and quiet.

For 3 people a little small. Couch bed ok for a little person.. We had a french balcony and tiny outside space which we didn't use... We couldn't leave the door open ...Just too many smokers, filled our bedroom with their smoke. Could be resolved by having smoking or non smoking buildings
