The fact that 'our' swimming pool was actually linked to a bar and open to the general public was certainly not made clear in the property description. Although this was not generally an issue, I feel that this should have made more transparent in the description of the property and available facilities

Excellent location. Walking distance to beach and restaurant/cafe areas of town. Rooftop terrace was our favourite feature. Bottle of water provided was a nice touch.

The apartments from the Puerto de Mogán Hotel are very clean with a excellent location.

We felt it was quite pricey considering it was a fairly basic apartment. Also we paid extra for a balcony but it looked straight out onto a uninspiring back street, so we never used it. Definitely wasn’t worth paying extra for.

Decent and clean apartment in a fantastic location right by the harbour. Lovely roof terrace which we really enjoyed for breakfasts and sundowners.

Apartments are outdated and shabby. We had a leaking air con unit (was sorted out quickly). Poor cooking facilities for a self catering apartment. Such a shame as they are in an amazing location. If you want luxury this is not for you.

Location was perfect. We were able to use the pool and facilities at the main hotel as the one for the apartment was closed. This was a relief as the usual one looked a bit grotty. The apartment itself was a bit shabby and could do with redecorating. It was clean and tidy. Only 2 cooker rings available if you wanted to self cater (luckily we didnt). Ok as a base. But would book the main hotel next time

The initial impression - rude and abrupt man on the reception when checking in. The reception was tricky to find and there was no offer to help with suitcases. The apartment was a little dated - bathroom particularly would benefit from being refurbished.

Loved the location - really close to the marina and restaurants. Really enjoyed the roof top terrace - lovely private area to eat and sunbathe. Cleaners were friendly and did a great job. Clean apartment.

Steps up as daughter has mobility problems and uses a wheelchair. This was specified when booking and I was assured there would be no stairs

Every morning woken at 6-6.30 by noisey street cleaners and gardeners. When on holiday I want to get good sleep. It should be a priority, very important for clients. What is the point of making the place attractive and comfortable if you spoil it by preventing the very thing we all go there for?? ! No need for work to start outside before about 8am.

Small thing. On arrival, we had to ask directions to Reception. Making it clear ahead of arrival where to go for keys would be useful.

The complex was attractive, not a cramped, towering hotel arrangement, but handsome, low-rise houses on streets, with trailing bougainvillea and roof terraces, all close to the harbour.

There are no words to express how cute the village is. We were so in love with the beautiful little apartments and all the cute stores and restaurants close by. The beach in Puerto Mogan is very nice for the kids.

The apartment was a good size for a couple with comfortable beds and and a well-equipped kitchen. They have access to the rooftop terrace with tables & loungers also to the pool. The apartments are located in a beautiful setting along the port and beach and Puerto Mogan has a lovely village atmosphere. Our air conditioner broke on a Sunday in the first week of August and it was fixed within hours.

Located next to the port it is a very short walk to restaurants and bars. The beach is also close by. The apartment was spacious and clean even though they turned the fridge off so it gave an unpleasant smell upon our arrival. Daily cleaning service. In the time we were there it was good value for money and good wifi for vacations but not good enough for work.

The pool was working for first few days since our arrival and then got closed for the majority of our stay which is sad, because we booked this accomodation mostly because of the pool availability. The message about the fact that it's closed was sent by the accomodation a few days after we got home. Lack of communication.

Fab apt We could use the pool at the hotel which is lovely, and swapped 2 evening meals for lunchtime, which is an great bonus. Love the hotel, staff are all so friendly….big shout out to the pool staff too.

Roof top terrace at apartment needs a little tlc.

Not a single complaint. Location -10, staff - 10, facilities - amazing, breakfast - huge choice, checking out - shower facilities, roof top bar - 10, roof top terrace - 7.
