Great location, right next to la Rambla, clean, well equipped. Very nice and helpful owners!

My feedback is minor but we’re inconveniences for us. 1. The safe did not work and was unable to be fixed prior to leaving so we never had the comfort of being able to lock up our valuables while not in the apartment. 2. The coffee maker in the apartment does not take standard sized pods. We tried 4 different grocery stores (including El Corte Ingles) and were unable to find replacement pods of the correct size and type 3. We did not cook in the apartment but had we wanted to it would have been difficult as there was only one pan (no pots)

The location is excellent. Blocks from then metro Las ramblas grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment is simple but has many conveniences. Perfect for our family of two adults and two teenagers.

So very noisy outside overnight with unruly party goers making huge noise - very disturbed sleep Hosts did not leave instructions about safe and ignored texts inquiring about access - had to carry 5 passports with us everywhere as a result. Check in time of 4pm is far too late. Asked host of earlier check in and host said no. Host emailed to say we could leave luggage in apartment before 4pm. Informed host by email that we would be arriving 12-1pm from airport to leave luggage. No reply. Whatsapped host from airport to inform we were on way. No reply. Phoned host at 12:05 outside apartment to inform we were outside to leave luggage. No reply. By chance, Danielle the housekeeper was leaving and allowed access to leave bags. She was very nice. Tea bags would be lovely. Hotel slippers would be a nice touch.

Location Facilities Space Bedrooms - very good space and amenities. Wardrobes. Hangers. Ironing board and iron - fantastic. Water and milk left for us. Apples. Salt and vinegar sachets. Washing machine tablets. All excellent details.

We loved this property due to location , The apartment was clean spacious and perfect for a small group wanting to chill together. Having the option to use the terrace was a great added bonus

The apartment is very noisy. The noise mostly come from the street, and a bit from the stairs. There is not always warm water in shower that during summer is still acceptable.

The apartment was basic but furnished. It’s very close to the Rambla. Even if we didn’t receive the towels we needed when we arrive, after a call we had them. We were 7, for a friends weekend. Thanks!

We got there earlier and it took us a while to get in touch. Not sure what time they open. The area looks run down. The lift was very small and we struggled to get 3 people in.

They looked after our suitcases while we looked around and they were in our apartment waiting for us when we arrived for check in. The apartment was very clean and chocolates and bubbly was waiting for us inside which was a really nice touch. You entered the apartment via a small lift which is unusual but very safe as you had to use your key for your room. The beds were comfy. It was loud at night if you was in the lounge but it didn't disturb our sleep in the bedrooms as it was sound proof. If I needed anything I just emailed and they replied with the relevant information.

Everything has just been freshly renovated so the 3 bed apartment, 2 bathrooms are all brand new . close to all the action on Las Ramblas . would definitely recommend .

The only thing to bear in mind is that there are a lot of steps and only a very small lift to get up, but wasn’t a problem for us! Also there was a lot of noise at night which was expected due to the location.

The apartment was in a great location, easy to walk to all the places we visited and only a short taxi from the airport. It was clean and the perfect place for our group during our trip. Also very easy to get the keys on our late arrival.

Bottle opener was not provided. We had a bottle of wine but nothing to open it.

One of us is a disabled. We arrived to find we are on the 4th floor and lift was not working.

All of those appliances need instructions in English and other languages, for guests. They were completely foreign to us and we had no idea how to work them without instructions. We needed a phone number that was accessible to call for help. The small bathroom needs more amenities, such as hooks and shelves. The showers need repair. The hand held shower devices do not work!

Location is excellent. Apartment is nice and clean and roomy. Elevator is a big plus. Many appliances included: hair dryer, modern stove, microwave, frig, clothes washer, coffee maker (pods). The resident caretaker, Aida, was very pleasant and helpful.

The apartment didnt look the same as on the pic, we thought would have an open kitchen as on the pic showe.,Had very small fridge,Very less glasses, cups for 2 couples had to wash very time and in the kitchen didnt really have enough things for a normal appartement should have. Looked like studiert Beginn Apartment .Would be difficult for Family and couples as it was for us. In the night was very had to sleep because there is a disco near by so people going and coming from there were very loud, the coburg was picked in the night. For group of people wanting to party around is the apartment perfect. We had only one keys though we booked for couples. We couldn't shower at the same time boiler was to small for more than three and family would be hard.

We liked the location and was very much easy to access everything by feet.
