The heating was not working, we were cold in the eyand during the night. Additionall blanket (bedding) would be much more needed and appreciated. Also in the bedroom and bathroom there was a damp mold around the window

It was not easy to walk anywhere after having a long drive to get there. There was no kettle to boil water for a tea or coffee.

It was very convenient for getting to the ferry.

Room was clean but a bit dated, no kettle to make cuppa and nearly every plate was chipped so couldn't use them and when reading reviews s people said near beaches so that was why we booked it but nearest beach was 5.3 k

The property doesn’t have a oven just a microwave with grill. Another point is the noise from the road. If you keep the windows shut , it will be fine but it is summer and we need to open the windows for ventilating

It was cold in the apartment, the heating was not on when we went inside. When we got in, Maika told us where the thermostat was and it took about an hour for the apartment to feel comfortable. We like about 19-20 degrees C inside.

We were stuck in a snowstorm and arrived later than anticipated but Maika reassured us that she would let us in whenever we could get there. Our ferry was delayed by 24 hours and we managed to book the apartment the day before. It was very good value for money. We had a three bed room and my daughter was very glad it was a proper bed and not a sofa bed.

It's on a main road so was noisy at times. We couldn't walk anywhere apart from the immediate vicinity as there were no payments so quite unsafe.. We did find a cafe/bar up from the apartments that served food/drink.

Very spacious and not far from the port of santander. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Good parking with CCTV so felt very safe as we had a full car as we'd been away for over a month.

It was little far from city center. I used public transportation (bus) and I as able to figure out the route. However, if some others might find it hard to get around. Also I want able to find restaurants within walking distance. Building surrounding was not very pleasant to look around. All in all it served my need.

Room was nice and clean, and modern. Bathroom was airy and clean.

From the outside, the building looks a bit shabby, but inside the apartments were great. Renovated rooms, beautifully decorated, with good beds and a decent shower. Free parking available at the location.

No kettle for tea or instant coffee. No breadboard. Room faced a busy road so had traffic noise until late at night.

Man at reception was friendly and helped carry suitcase upstairs as there is no lift.
