We had to wait until 5pm to collect the keys, the apartment was basic but ok, no kettle, and the heating did not come on till 7pm, ok in the summer, but not in Oct, not extractor in the bathrooms.

These apartments are in a great location in Llanes. Everywhere is within walking distance. So you can park up your car when you arrive. Apartments are clean and have a handy kitchen .

No outside furniture to utilise the balcony space to sit on or in the surrounding communal areas

Communication on the day of arrival was pro-active clearly letting us know how we could access the apt due to the reception being closed at the time of arrival

Perfect location in a quite place near San Pedro path with picturesque ocean views, not far from from the city center and from the beach. Each apartment has two levels and its own parking place.

Kitchen equipment was a bit minimal for a week's stay & was missing a few little things like a bin there. Wifi signal pretty marginal inside the apartment, ok outside the front door though! (to be fair I think it says only in public areas).

The staff are fantastic. Very friendly, & incredibly helpful when we had a massive problem with cars - THANK YOU again! The location is amazing with a few minutes walk to either beautiful beach which was great for kids (shade in afternoon, rockpools, shallow water) or the lovely town centre. Good amount of space, and having an up & downstairs is nice with kids for the evening, you don't feel like you're going to wake them up all the time. Comfy beds. Very clean. Great showers (both bathrooms). I'd definitely go back to both Llanes & Apt San Pedro.

Wifi is practically non existent despite availability. Terraces were very small perhaps an idea would be to put some benches on the little green area in front of the property.

Perfect location. Close to a beach and the town of Llanes is walkable distance. Lovely cafe located at the bottom of the street. Property was clean and comfortable.

it was clean, comfortable and well equipped . As part of a group of 18 apartments it has the advantage of on site reception and, importantly, it’s own dedicated on site parking. great in a town which can be busy out of season and hectic in season. All the many attractions of Llanes, and there are many, are Worthing easy walking distance.

The internet went down the first day and didn't come back on. This is mentioned in other clients reviews and if management offer a service then they are duty bound to provide it! This was very stressful for me, in these difficult times as I had to book a PCR test for return to the UK as well fill in the PLF. Fortunately Nuria in the office was very helpful and printed off my forms but I shouldn't have to sit outside reception in my car in order to piggyback off the office WiFi! Management should sort this. .

Nice, well equipped apartment with own front door and parking space. Good location near town centre but very quiet. Price very reasonable for out of season booking. Staff very helpful.

The length of time for the hot water , to come through , 10/15 mins , for some reason we could not use the hob in the kitchen .

Few minutes walk into LLanes , where you will find lots of restaurants to choose from, and bars . Couple of minutes walk to the coastal path , absolutely ideal if you have a dog . In all a very pleasant stay .

Location was ideal to travel inland as well as along the coast. Its proximity to the lovely Llanes town. The apartment complex was quiet and secure. The gardens were well kept and pleasing to look at and the view of the mountains made the stay special. The apartment was very comfortable and very clean. A very relaxing time was had.

It would have been lovely to have had a bigger balcony so we could sit out in the evenings.

Really close to amenities. Plenty of room in apartment. Clean, very friendly staff. Good value for money. It is a bit basic, but it was a good spot as close to the beach & a great base for touring the Picos mountains if you have a car. Be warned though, the weather can be variable so we did get a bit chilly at times!
