Excellent value for money. The flat was large and very clean, and close to the main Cala Millor beachfront. There were plenty of towels, which was helpful. We arrived late and collecting the key was very easy.

The apartment was exactly as described and shown on the website. It was comfortable, clean, well equipped and in an ideal location. Access to the high speed WiFi was a bonus. The private swimming pool was well maintained with comfortable beds and was a veritable sun trap. Our host,Kati was always on hand if we needed anything and the welcome gift of biscuits and bottled water was a kind gesture We highly recommend these apartments.

It was unusually hot for October and there was no air con only a fan

The location is ideal to get around. Also the beach is small but beautiful and caters for the disabled visitors. There are plenty affordable restaurants. Our apartment was lovely and well maintained. The only downside was the lighting in the bedroom was not good which made it difficult to see as it got dark early in October

Accessibility may be an issue for some clients as there is no lift and the apartments extend over a number of floors. Some traffic noise to front of apartments.

Conveniently located for Cala Bona restaurants beach and walks. Apartment had everything required including washing machine.

There was nothing to dislike it was as we expected. The only thing we didn’t realise was the pool area was not attached to the property but it worked out fine it was just opposite and a locked gated area kept very clean.

We arrived very late and the instructions to get into the apartment were very clear and easy, they even sent an image. The hosts then came and greeted us the next morning,

I would have preferred to have air conditioning rather than the fans. It was ok for most of the days but not in very warm days.

The apartment is on a very noisy street with buses and cars. It woke us up early in the morning. The apartament is aso very hot at night. I didn't realize there was no air conditioning.

Unfortunately a nice beach is around 20 minutes walking away and one sleeping room is at the front. That means you do here the traffic.

These apartments were so clean, beds were really comfortable. It had everything that was needed and felt like a home away from home. Pool is across the road, but still so handy and nice and quiet so always guaranteed a few sunbeds. Carmen was so friendly and accommodating

There isn't any air con, but the ceiling fans are great!

The apartment is in a great location close to the beach and main strip of restaurants and shops. It's an easy 15 minute walk into Cala Millor. The owners are incredibly helpful and sent us lots of recommendations along with an extra key and tips on keeping the apartment cool.

The lady that showed us to our apartment was very nice, friendly and polite but after that we never saw another member of staff, there was no room service, we even had to wash our own sheets !! There was no manuals regarding disposing of rubbish from the bins, or any room service The apartments grounds was secured with keys but returning most nights the doors were left open which could be a security risk to the apartments ..... minor things but unfortunately did knock points off our stay

The apartment was spotless, and had everything we needed including a washing machine which I thought I wouldn't use but I actually washed most of my clothes so save me doing it when I got home..... the location was fab, minutes away from everything.... can highly recommend the Chinese restaurant next door.... lovely food The pool was just across the road, again spotless clean and very private We were very sceptical about no air con but the ceiling fans were amazing .... better than any air con!!!

Not much - I thought there would be air conditioning, but it was just a ceiling fan, but it was cool enough at night when I stayed.

The apartment was perfect for the four of us, very clean, and the hosts were very friendly. A good tip is to let the host know exactly when you are arriving so that she can be ready to hand over the keys to the apartment, so you are not kept waiting. The property is close to a small harbour (small town), restaurants near the beach. We would recommend renting a car to visit the small private beach on the east coast of the island.

Great base to explore Majorca. Very close to the sea front and all local facilities. Clean and spacious. Lovely pool area. Host were very helpful and gave great tips on on places to eat. The Chinese restaurant next door was beautiful along with the cafe/bar restaurant on the corner.

This apartment was exceptionally clean and well presented. All previous reviews were very accurate. Cati was there to meet us on arrival and was available throughout our stay. Everything in the apartment was excellent. Well equipped kitchen with everything you could need.
