We were not aware when we made the booking that there was a bed room without a window. The ventilation seemed to extract the cooking smells from the flat next door.

The flat was spacious, clean , equipped with everything needed and had a lovely view. The staff friendly and helpful.

We had to ask for more toilet paper considering we were 5 people. Wifi was really bad.

Apartment is spacious and cozy! Well equipped with all the necessary. Comfortable beds and all was well cleaned!

The place needs a facelift, rooms are old, kitchen has bad light and stinks (someone been frying something, bit noisy, staff needs some language trainings for the international idea. Signing would be useful you are lost before you know it in the big place.

There is no oven, only a microwave.

Good heating, nice apartment and convenient location for accessing the ski resort. Our room was a bit noisy because it was close to the main entrance to the apartments building and for some reason that door did not have something to retain it when people closed it. So it kept slamming until early hours. But the apartment was much bigger than what we had really booked and paid for, therefore we did not really complain in this occasion.

The wifi was really weak. We couldn't use it for streaming and had to use our mobile phones for internet. In addition, the curtains in the bedrooms did not shade enough

The apartment was perfect for a family with 3 children. The living room had enough space and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great, a few minutes from pista llarga

Restaurants and cafes all had similar menus and some could have been better (service / quality). Some slopes were so short of snow they were too icy/stony and the lift service was also impacted.

Very noisy apartment, no catle,very slow WiFi,very expensive breakfast and dinner which offer in the hotel(no worth that money)when u checkout you have to keep clean(inc. bin,dishwasher,all plates and cups) all kitchen like u checkin otherwise u will be charge 40e for every single think

Cannot complaint, I really liked everything.

Warm, clean, comfy, modern looking. the apartment for 4 was really spacious and cozy. It has all cutlery. There is a supermarket almost in front of it, and also variety of restaurants around it. There is an underground parking, though it’s not really big, so I guess it may be an issue during high season.

the place was not clean and in very bad condition , there was no views , there was a lot of noises you hear from hallway and from the door of garage so you can’t sleep . there was not a coffee machine it should be there and when I try to get a coffee in the morning at the breakfast or at the bar they don’t serve to me (the staff was very very very rude and not helpful at all . I will never go back to this place again and I don’t recommend to anyone.

Be careful about some extra charges - - €15 per day for more than one car and €5 Europes for any lost key cards.

We have been coming for years and knew the standard of the accommodation to be good and really meets our standards. The bar is very nice and the location is very convenient for the slopes.

The apartment was supposed to be for 5 persons. It had 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a small couch that could not fit an adult, pretty inclined, and somehow, if extended, was smaller that when closed!?. - Only got 3 sets of towels & amenities (so only for 3 people) - They insisted we had 5 based on the fact we had 3 large towels and 2 small - hand towels. - Only the absolute basics in terms of soap, toilet paper, etc. Need more? you need to buy them from them at crazy rates or from the supermarket, which was close... - Wifi? it shows up but no real internet connection, so if you need it for work, don't expect it to be usable. (all the apartments connect to the same wifi) - The whole night there was noise coming from above and below. - All questions/complaints were met with a "That's how it's done here" type of response.

Free parking but pretty narrow car paths, especially if there were already cars parked there. - Ski slopes are decently close, but we still went with the car to the slope's main parking area. - Supermarket is really close.
