The apartment is quite dated… the windows on the patio just didnt lock, the door did but with a good tug it would have easily opened. Wi-Fi was impossible to connect to but we had data on our phones. Sofa bed in the lounge was possibly older than my self (40’s) and needed a proper deep clean. To be fair we only stayed for 2 nights and didnt report any of this to reception as we had nothing worth stealing, but if it had been a longer holiday then yeah, we would not have been happy.

The reception staff were SO friendly and helpful, polite and smiling, made check in as quick and easy as possible… the apartment was clean, and was cleaned after just 1 day which I wasn’t expecting…

The location is great. 5 mins walk to the beach and promenade. 10 to Yumbo Center. The staff is lovely and all is organised to have the guest have a lovely holiday. Lovely pool super clean and nice temperature. All is well kept and maintained.

It was extremely noisy due to very poor sound insulation in the property and it’s close proximity to Kasbah.

The price was good but the quality was extremely reflective of this, the room was noisy and the furnishings were of discount quality to say the least.

I was on the ground floor, did not want to open blinds, or sit outside because people were sunbathing too near. No privacy.

The location everything in a walk ability radius and all the staff friendly and professional.The room was very clean and with special powder poison for bugs no visible bugs in side my room after the poison wash planted. And the beds were like new.

The sofa intended for the 3rd guest is extremely hard and uncomfortable for sleeping. But we asked for a thick extra mattress and the situation was quickly resolved.

Very polite and responsive staff. Cleaning was done regularly and well. Convenient location in relation to all cafes / restaurants and two entertainment complexes Kasbah and Yumbo. About 500m to the central beach (5-7 minutes walk). There is a grocery store 30 meters away. The kitchen had everything for everyday needs. Thanks for the warm memories!

The friendliness and support of the reception staff. I had a small accident on the 3rd day of my stay and as a result reduced mobilty. I was therefore stuck to my appt. for the rest of my holiday. They offered me help in every possible way. I am particularly grateful to Anna who gave me tips and assistance. Thanks a million Anna! The appt was spacious, basic, but very clean. I was happy that I had a very comfortable place to stay, doing nothing but reading my books near the pool.

Check-in was quick and easy. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Broken shower gel dispenser was replaced by handyman within minutes of reporting it. Apartment is cleaned 5 days a week. All around nice place and good value for money. About 10-15 minutes walk from Yumbo centre and a short walk from the beach. Hyperdino supermarket right across the road - all very convenient. Nicely kept pool which is heated so not too cold.

The miss of interest when we told them that they stole us 30€ from the entrance table. They didn't even start an investigation. Really sad to go on holidays and not be sure about your belongings even though it wasn't a very big amount.

The property is now a bit tired and can’t be called modern but more important you pay what you get which really is everything you need.

Very good price in a great location. All apartments are identical with adequate kitchen, twin beds living area and balcony. plus a big shared pool. Apartments are kept very clean, cleaned every 2nd day. Hotel security very good.

There is no parking and it's difficult to get a space in the surrounding areas.

Excellent location, in the centre of everything. Welcoming and helpful staff. Clean rooms and black out curtains so slept very well. Great value for money.

The apartment was comfortable, easily accessible, clean, maid service good. Close to bars, restaurants and well stocked Supermarket. Beach was on a hilly stretch, but taxi was only 3.05 euro back to apartment, so not really a problem. Enjoyable stay.

For some reason my bank blocked my card when the property tried to take payment the night before I travelled. Due to my banks hours I couldn't sort it out until I arrived in Gran Canaria. The hotel were so helpful and advised me to come anyway. They held my room, what stars. I have stayed here before, the staff are all friendly and helpful, the cleaning ladies are exceptional. I will definitely be staying here again
