We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainUnfortunately the WiFi network was not up to our needs, and we weren't able to work properly. Signal was strong enough, but the available bandwidth often oscillated down to a point in which video calls were severely disrupted.
The hotel looks great for leisure and holidays. The hotel staff tried to help us in any way, and when we decided to leave for a WiFi issue affecting our ability to work, they've shown empathy. The apartments were well furnished and organised, and I'm considering it for a leisure trip.

GibraltarThe apartment below me was extremely noisy after midnight. Took 2 complaints to reception, but they sent staff to speak to them, and on the second try, they were successful. Hotel restaurant buffet was mediocre quality though lots of options. Should be more aware of allergens and maybe include them on place holders above food. Having a dairy allergy, I found it a bit tricky to pick things out. There were no other restaurant options currently, just some montaditos offered at the bar, which was inconvenient on a Sunday when most other places in the vicinity were also closed. Not many takeaways actually deliver near this area either so come prepped with food to make something in kitchen
Great big pool, very spacious rooms. Nice greenery to enjoy. Baby got to play on grass and roll about. Decent cleanliness, good kitchen facilities.

GibraltarWe paid for full board but unfortunately the food at the Atlantis Restaurant not the standard we expected for a 4 star establishment and not much choices for children, quite disappointing. Thankfully there is a gastro restaurant by the pool with great food at reasonable prices that included lots of choices for children which improved our stay unfortunately at an extra cost. There is no restaurants or shops nearby that you can walk to, you would need a car or taxi.
The area is very nice and well maintained. Apartment good but a bit dated. Good pool and area around it. Plenty of sun beds. There is a train service that takes you to and from the beach. The employees from the waiters/ receptionist/entertainers & cleaners were all good workers and very helpful. There is a carrefour supermarket very near the apart hotel.

CanadaRoom 1 smelled to sewage in the bathroom which permeated to all rooms. Had we spent more time in the suite than 2 nights and one day we would have requested a different room. Also wifi only worked in the lobby. Not in restaurant or room. Very inconvenient so couldn't stay here again.

SpainWe had to call every night for them to try to fix the aircon, but they couldn’t fix it. They came looked at it and said wait 20 min then it will work but never did work properly. Toilet was running and wasn’t fixed till second time we rang And the shower had soo little water pressure that impossible to wash long hair;-( that was though fixed on the fist call. Reception service on those above calls were rude! No indoor activities possible at all. We had 4 days of very stormy hot weather

SpainIt looks like a student campus. The buffet restaurant is offsite and has no atmosphere. The food is bland and very very basic (self-service) small portions. Very overpriced for what it is. 15 minute walk to the nearest beach, no seas views from the property. Would be more cost effective to book an apartment. We booked for breakfast and dinner. Very littLe veg on choice.

GibraltarI advise to stay in room only basis. We went half board and it was rather disappointing. I understand Covid plays a big part but there was very little selection of food already prepared in small plates, not Buffet style like one would have expected. Food was cold, very cold! No choice of foods without sauce on them and nothing for vegans except the prepared small bowls of salads.
The pool area was good and clean.

GibraltarWe were expecting more pools or a bigger one for the amount of apartments and villas in the complex. We still enjoyed what there was but I would wonder how crowded it would get in July and August.
The villa we stayed in was perfect. The food at the lunch buffet was lovely too.

SpainThey only clean the apartments every three days. The buildings are old but in good shape. No dinner services from Mond to Wed. They keys of the room and parking did not work at all and the room is far from the front desk
The location. It is close to one of the best beaches I have been to in Cadiz.
