Bit of a hike (hill and stairs) to get to our apartment from reception. Property needed updating (tiles hanging off the wall in kitchen etc). Work was being done on other apartments so was a bit of noise during the day.

It was poorly decorated Grotty old pine and a cracked leather couch but was lovely and clean

There are a lot of steps / ramps , but we have been before and knew that ...

The apartments are clean spacious and comfortable, but a little dated . The pool area is clean, with plenty of sunbeds, also nice pool bar serving snacks ... The restaurant/ bar next to reception an excellent addition , staff as always were great .

Lots of work going in the apartments including the one we were staying in. Very noisy. Appreciate that improvements need to be made but a bit of warning or explanation would have been good. Woke up one morning to work men on our roof. Lots of drilling and hammering in the apartment next door from early morning and continuing all day. Quite disappointing.

Location is excellent for everything.Very helpful and friendly staff. They were all absolutely lovely Excellent restaurant attached to the complex, very handy.

Studio apartment was right at the back of the complex so up a bit of a hill. Apartment 97A had no view.

The apartment was very basic and could do with a bit of a refresh. However, it didn't really bother us as we just used the apartment for sleeping and as a base

Great location with everything in walking distance. Lovely food at a very reasonable price in the restaurant at the entrance to the complex. Pool was spot on the kids' loved it.

The room was cramped think your description on your web site was misleading if you had put that these rooms are normally used for one night stop overs and that the view was a car park then I wouldn't have booked this room I've stayed in the complex before and the apartments and studios are very nice the room we had was one of six that had been converted to rooms from what was formerly a bar

The door lock was covered from the inside so you are unable to lock with the key however it had a bolt you could lock. The patio doors are locked with metal screens covering it with signs on the door stating not to open. The maid attended one day and not realising locked the door from the outside then locking me in so I had to ring reception to be let out of the room. The day of check out pest control turn up to spray the outside of the patio so I understand if there is a pest problem why the recommend you keep the doors closed. However as a health and safety risk if there was a fire and you are locked in how would someone get out of the room this was room 22
