The apartment and location were perfect in the old city. Even located by a busy square, it was not noisy in the evening. Aida, our host, was super supportive and responsive when we had questions. We highly recommend staying at the apartment Tito San Augustin.

Everything was perfect. They let us to check earlier. The lady at the reception was very friendly. She gave us a lot of information. You can leave your baggage at luggage room if your fligth is after your check in. The view from the apartament was very nice Will visit you again! Greatings from Bulgaria

Everything was absolutely perfect. All what we needed was there. The location was perfect for me because I cannot walk very long distances. The restaurants were next door and groceries were close. Nice view of the city from the roof terrace. My brother and I had 6 wonderful days in Alicante.

Location was superb a couple of minutes walk to the Plaza del Ayuntamienta and the main sea front promenade, Facilities could not be faulted it was spotlessly clean amd was equipped with everything we required (The Tv only had Spanish channels but we had out fire stick with us so it was not an issue ) Aida was so helpful in assisting us with any enquiries and nothing was too much bother for her )

Since the location is so central there is some noise from the surroundings. A bigger balcony would be nice. There could be more pillows and blankets to choose from.

The location is excellent for exploring Alicante. The apartment was clean and as described. The help we got was very polite and fast. Thank you especially for organising the taxis. You shouldn't hesitate with the online check-in or using an app as a key to the apartment - both were easy to use. Late check-in was no problem.

There were noisy guests late at night but the owner resolved the issue promptly. We were aware of slight plumbing noises in other apartments, toilets flushing etc A mirror in the second bedroom would have been useful.

Very easy to use the app to open the doors.Host was very helpful .Let us borrow towels and parasols for the beach.Our flight was late and there were facilities to leave our luggage and have a shower.

The elevator is very small, but we were able to get our cases up in it. A drier would be useful rather than hanging stuff out on the balcony.

A brilliant location in the buzz of the old town and just a short walk from the beach. There are lots of great places to eat and drink on the doorstep. Aida was super friendly, professional, and helpful. The apartment was cleaned during our stay, with bedding changed and fresh towels provided more than once. Despite the central location, it's quiet in the bedrooms.

We were on the second floor and occasionally a little noisy from the revellers walking in the streets late night. And beware of very small elevator and stairs so keep luggage light!

Staff were very helpful and even had towels and umbrellas for us to go to the beach. Location is wonderful and apartment was spacious for a family of 4 (2 kids aged 9 and 16) and economical.

The apartment is very nice and in a great location. Aida was amazing to deal with. Nothing was a problem. She made check-in super easy and even called by to check that everything was ok and offered us beach towels and an umbrella complimentary. I would highly recommend this place, we will be back.

This the first time I have used this sort of access so the electronic access system was cumbersome and took quite a bit of figuring out in the heat of the afternoon. I am sure it saves the host time and hassle but as for the user it adds a layer of complexity
