We were really happy with our stay. The apartment is better than in the photos, it's really modern and well kept. The beds were really comfy, and each room had exterior shades which helped us sleep really well. The location was great, close to the park and the city center. But really quiet at night. The staff was really professional and able to handle all issues well. We would 100% come back if we visit Valencia again.

They were doing work on the street where we stayed, the tenants above us were very noisy at night. Not enough eating places in the vicinity but they were in walking distance.

It was room enough for us. Everything was provided for us; i.e. kitchen ware, blankets, pillows, etc. The whole apartment was very spacious and very comfortable to our liking.

Trivial things really. A couple of doors didn't close properly. Water pumps was noisy at night.

The location was great, easy walk to the centre. The staff were very friendly. Parking was secure. Comfortable and well equipped apartment. Fantastic coffee bars nearby. Great access to some supermarkets. Well worth the money!

The apartment is old, it is not sufficiently reconditioned, it is not well thermally insulated, you can feel the cold and noise at the windows, the heating system (electric radiators) don't work in the living room and in the bedroom - as a result it was cold during the night. There are many problems caused of the unprofessional renovation: moisture on the walls, water leaks from the shower cabin, unfinished walls, outdated furniture...more than that I think the size of an one bedroom and an one bathroom are below the limit allowed for tourism.

Clean rooms and bedding, spacious living room, so clean and well-equipped kitchen, close to city center, supermarket and restaurants in that area,coffee machine. There is lot of issues (not critically) but is a good place to spend a few nights with friends in Valencia.

The property was ideally situated for the town and shops and public transport. It was clean and spacious and allowed plenty of options for my family. It was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This property is very spacious and well equipped with only a few minutes walk to the city centre so Greta location and good value for money . Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming .

Pillows were very hard.. but found soft ones in press. As with a lot of old buildings , there was noise from other neighbours , but in a stay of 5 nights there was only 1 night that there was a lot of noise. The back bedrooms were quiet but bedroom on street side was a bit noisy from early morning. Only air con in one bedroom but all other had good fans.

Very good communication with host. Very helpful. Location of apartment on street with one way traffic so was not a very busy street. Comfy beds, good power shower. Dishwasher and washing machine provided . Just a short walk onto the historic centre. Around the corner from botanic garden . A few bars serving tapas and food in short walking distance on the street. Felt safe walking around on own.

Location is excellent: only a few minutes to the next supermarket (Consum) and about 10 minutes walking to the city center. The City of Arts and Sciences and the city beaches can be easily reached with the bus 95 which has a stop nearby. We stayed in the penthouse, which is very spacious and has two AC's. Kitchen is well equipped with all necessary utensils. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

There were a few minor drawbacks that I encountered during our stay. Firstly, some of the furniture in the apartment was showing signs of wear and could benefit from an update. While it didn't affect the functionality of the space, a furniture upgrade would enhance the overall comfort and aesthetics of the apartment. Secondly, it's important to note that not all rooms were equipped with air conditioning, which could be inconvenient during hot summer months. It would be beneficial for the host to consider installing air conditioning units in all rooms to ensure a comfortable stay for guests. Lastly, one small inconvenience was the absence of shampoo in the bathroom. While it's a minor detail, providing basic toiletries like shampoo would add to the convenience and overall guest experience. Despite these minor issues, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this historic apartment. Its prime location, architectural charm, good internet connection, ample storage space, and convenient parking overshadowed the mentioned drawbacks. I would recommend this accommodation to those looking for a unique and centrally located place to stay in the city.

We had the pleasure of staying in this apartment located in the historic center of the city, within walking distance of the old town. Situated on the fifth floor of a charming antique building, the apartment boasted high ceilings and large windows that added to its character. The excellent window blinds provided complete darkness, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay. The internet connection was reliable, and there was ample storage space throughout the apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the convenience of parking right next to the elevator was a great advantage.

The lift was too small and barely accessible. The level of steps keeps changing and are a tripping hazard. To avoid this there should be signs to avoid tripping.
