Location is very good, not so far from the beach. It was quite during my stay. Easy check-in and check out.

Location is excellent to night life. Very quiet apartments, sunshine on the balcony all day long. Washing machine was also available in the apartment. Next door to Tommy's bar.

Lack of utensils, pan's, and a bit out dated

The staff was very helpful when I addressed a few issues and was very accommodating. I would stay again if it was brought up to date just a little. When I booked it, I knew it was an old apartment because I had stayed in this block of apartments a few times over the years, that's why I booked it, but a bit of TLC would be great. Their location is great, not too far from their strip, but not too close to all the noise that goes with their strip 😉 😜 😀

Dark and small and not worth the money . No handrail or anti slip mat in the bath and we noticed a creepy crawly there. The shower head didn't stay in position. Dining chairs were very noisy when moved. Bed was not comfortable and we had no Tv. All in all very dissapointed...

Small damages within the rooms which were noticed upon arrival.

Pool was just at the bottom floor, only a few minutes walk to the Benidorm strip and all local bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the beach, perfect location.

Neighbours were really noisy on the first night but rep had a word....sorted it.

Love the location quiet at night late bar just below. 2 mins walk to the Square.. cheap n cheerful no frills. But clean and comfortable..free WiFi too, don't always get that.

Beds basic but we did sleep OK.

Lovely Scottish lady gave us the keys at an estate agency just round the corner. If you go up the hill past the Marina Hotel you can collect your keys and then apartments are a short walk away. Free WiFi which worked well. Option for safety deposit box and air conditioning but lady advised us to check out the apartment first before deciding on the air conditioning which was good advice. Air conditioning unit is only in the living room and there is a big fan which we used in the bedroom. Good central location. Apartment dated but we had everything we needed and spent a very comfortable week there. Good secure front gate and door. Large balcony however this was closed in with a large window that could be opened. Bathroom and kitchen compact but very serviceable and spacious living room. Ironing board, iron and clothes airer available also fridge, kettle and microwave. Kitchen cleaning pack and toiletries supplied. Quiet at night even though it is beside Tommy's Bar. Easy access to cafes, restaurants, the strip etc
