only slight issue with our room was a lack of natural light, an old stone built building but could’ve done with a bit brighter lighting

The hosts only spoke Spanish (a few words of English) and all the written information was all in Spanish. This was not an issue for us but anyone who does not speak some Spanish - or is not prepared to have a go with Google Translate on standby - may not suit this place.

Very well placed in the picturesque centre of the old part of the town. Great for access to restaurants and bars. Good security for the apartment complex. There was a nice looking pool but we didn't use it - a bit too early in the season for us.

the receptionist spoke no english. Walls are on the thinner side. There wasn’t a tea towel in the kitchen (also no sugar / salt / oil). no parking (but there is a lot of public parking nearby).

We had a very good stay here. the location is amazing, it the heart of the city. The pool area is gorgeous, they have very nice sun beds and umbrellas. The apartment was very spacious, our bedroom had a wonderfully high ceiling (with roof windows - lots of light in the morning, sleep mask might be useful if you want to sleep in). Comfortable bed, good bedding, nice towels. There was a washing machine (it looked old and complicated, we didn’t use it).

The location in the historic center was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. The accomodation added to our experience of the charm of Potes and was a well situated base for exploring the picos.

Our stay in Apartamentos Villa de Potes was perfect for our stay in the attractive town of Sotres. The apartment is very centrally located with many excellent cafes and restaurants and a well stocked supermarket nearby. Our bed was so comfortable, very welcome after our days walking in the impressive Picos de Europa , the kitchen is well fitted out for cooking at home if not eating out in the very good local restaurants. We loved the charming bright and comfortable room beside the swimming pool for sitting and relaxing in . The owner was very friendly and welcoming . Mayne not the fault of the owner but the people in the room Nextdoor was very loud until the early hours and on the other side I had a dog barking whenever it was left alone in the room, the walls are very thin.

lovely area, lovely hosts, lovely building and a lovely room with comfy beds. Beautiful town to visit, I spent 3 days in the area and used this as a base to travel the mountains on my motorbike

Bathroom was very small with a low roof (not helped by being on the top floor with a sloped roof). Kitchen was quite minimal (not coffee machine or kettle).

Excellent location, in the middle of the town, very close to many restaurants, cafes & shops/supermarket. Nice apartment & building. Friendly staff. Small amount of parking outside (enough for a few motorbikes or a couple of cars).

The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. We stayed here to approach 'Picos de Europa' and it was just perfect place. You can find good restaurants in the town most of them were full of tourists. I really enjoyed stayinf here.

it would have been helpful to have some olive oil, salt and pepper provided. It would be good to have somewhere to hang wet swimming costumes to dry.

this is my second visit to these apartment's, they where great last time and great this time. I Travelled by Motorcycle, i had a great apartment with great views. perfect location for easy access to the town, clean, well equipped. great location for daily ride outs in to the national park.

The accommodation was quite basic and the facilities in the kitchen were basic.

The swimming pool was a lovely facility. The location was great for walking. The beds were comfortable and it was great having a washing machine.
