No air conditioning. Spoke to staff, and told it has been set to heating as too many people are too cold. This then meant I struggled throughout the nights, trying to sleep. :( which then made me tired for my cycling days.

Some other guests were quite loud, also at night, there were seemingly a lot of party people and you can hear everything from the room. The pool bar, just underneath my block, had music on for hours, extremely loud and hectic, so no good place for relaxing sadly. The rooms are OK but pretty worn out, the balcony window couldn't be locked, overall things could be in a better state.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was great, handy to reach many great spots with the car, they have many parking lots in the resort. Everything is clean and it's an acceptable service for the price. Breakfast was very varied. The nature around the resort is great, including a lake and many mountains and there is a beach 5 minutes away walking distance.

Elevators were a squeeze. With luggage, needed 3 elevators for a family of five. However didn’t need to wait long for an elevator to arrive.

Although tired in places, accommodation was clean and adequate for our family

In the older buildings the bathrooms are old. The rooms do not heat well if it's cold. Do not pay for the breakfast. While being cheap itconsists if the most economic ingredients and you'll be disappointed by the quality.

Lots of pools and outdoor space.

Breakfast, the most horrible were the dishes that were supposed to be hot but were cold. Scumble eggs were non-edible and all the rest was barely edible. The Brad was hard and the coffee was instant. I would never recommend b&b there. Only staying overnight.

    Nice staff and the room.

The rooms covered in ants the evening entertainment is outdoors near a lake despite having repellent on ended up with over 40 mosquito bites within an hour, the toilets closed most of the time, the evening entertainment wasn't the best and didn't start until 930pm Lucky lucky men walking round the pool all day every day gets quite annoying

Stayed in fedra 2 good for the slides quite a walk to reception and restaurants there was 2 restaurants food was just as you would expect for an all inclusive but always able to find something to eat The location is good there is a few bars just outside the hotel and places to eat . The stay was enjoyable overall , after reading the reviews I was a bit worried but its not like its made out to be at all, the rooms are clean the beds are comfortable fresh towels daily make sure you put the sign on the door for the housekeeper to come in

We stayed just 1 night. Our bed was not clean (the matress smelled a bit like urine in the middle part) at the start of our visit so we ended up sleeping in the sofa. We also could not find the remote for the TV.

The breakfast was a generous buffet, quite nice. When we told the staff about problems, they tried to fix it.

There is alot of mosquitos around the Freda blocks and splash park as there is a lake near by so can't be helped. But in our shower there was missing grout in the tiles where a mosquito had laid eggs and we kept getting wigglers (mosquito babies) appearing. We dealt with this cleaning the shower cracks every few hours. The bedroom sliding door was broken and didn't move. As we had a 2 year old with us, I was disappointed we got given a room with bunk beds as in the adverts there was no mention of bunk beds this became a hazard. We ask to have a different room but the only ones they offered where on the 7th or 8th floor where we would never be able to use the balcony as it is super high and the rails moved. The door to the room can be opened very easily by children even when you lock it. So my 2 year was always trying to escape .

Lots of pools to choose from. Although towards the end of October, they do shut some of them. Most the staff are really friendly. The food is ok, what you would expect for a 3* hotel buffet. There is always food and drink available somewhere. The children's entertainment is the same every night but my children enjoyed dancing after dinner most evenings.

Food good but lacking a bit of variety. Downside is the size of the place, long walk to the restaurant and to get out of the complex.

Take bug spray - the mosquitos from the many lakes are a bit of a nuisance. Bellevue could do with a bit of TLC in places; the complex is starting to age. This did not affect our enjoyment in any way though. The entertainment onsite was a bit loud sometimes. If you have children you'll probably be having late nights but it didn't affect us.

The breakfast offering was fantastic. It catered for all tastes and hot food was freshly cooked. It was very well organised, given the large numbers of guests catered for. The breakfast times also allowed for you to get an early start or have a bit of a lie in. The location was brilliant. In amongst all the restaurants for evening meals, a short walk to the beautiful beach and great for different transport options. We found it particularly useful to have moped and cycle hire onsite as it allowed us to see more and travel independantly.

Loud, noisy. Smoking and drunk neighbors. Random accomodation that does not correspond to the reported location on booking map. The territory is huge. The accomodation is given randomly at the reception. Booking shows the location of reception. We got a building located 1 km from reception, meaning 30 min walk to the beach. The view was on aquapark. From 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. there was a loud cleaning of the aquapark area. We asked to move us in a quieter building and closer to the beach. It was quickly done. There we almost enjoyed our stay if not to mention laughing, smoking and drinking till 4 a.m. neighbors at the next to us balcony. It is definitely not the place for those who like calm and relaxing vacations.

Beautiful territory. Aquapark. Evening show. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

We booked for 8 nights, and the room was cleaned once, and the second time was cleaned a few hours before we left. When we entered our room for the first time, it wasn't cleaned properly. The same issue was with the balcony. There are lots of tiny brown ants in an apartment and a balcony. The area around the swimming pool was cleaned twice a week. I understand the biggest mess came from people who stayed at a hotel as they did not have respect for the place and themselves because they were leaving all cups, food leftovers, plates, and rubbish after themselves.

Very good place for kids as they have lots of to do around the pools. Food was kinda ok on Indian and Chinese nights - samosas and spring rolls. Everything else was the same each day, especially if you are veggie. Hiking must. It will take max 2hrs but the view is amazing.l
