There is a kitchen that we can cook our meal after travelling and eating so many days. The washing machine is an added bonus. This is the best accommodations for us and our friends -spacious and bright. Must go back should we visit Bilbao again.

The Bathroom door was malfunctioning and the kitchen was not really equipped for family dinners but, rather, for snacks: there were no salad bowls (let alone spaghetti bowls) nor serving plates. But we managed all the same.

Great location and very friendly staff. Breakfast was just what pilgrims need and complete quite around. We had a big family room and had a great chance for a good rest after long trip.

The kitchen utilities e.g. pots and pans are rather poor, although we did not want to use them. The sofa is in a very used condition and is also dirty. Extra blankets are similarly very dirty, they should be cleaned. The windows seem not to be cleaned since several months. All these changes would add extra comfort and value to the apartment.

Receptionists are kind and helpful. Location is excellent. Spacious apartment for 2 persons. Very nice kitchen with washing machine, excellent microwave and oven, even a dishwasher is provided. Cleaning service was daily provided with fresh towels if we asked for.

The wifi signal was strong, but some days it was not possible to connect during the evening.

The apartment was very good and the staff was very helpful. The location was quite central and allowed us to visit most places by foot. It's also quite near to a subway station and there was a supermarket (Mercadona) around the corner.

We loved the super-friendly helpful staff. The apartments are in the perfect location for walking around Bilbao. The apartment is unusually spacious for urban Spain, with a bedroom + bathroom upstairs and lounge + kitchen + toilet downstairs.

Well equipped apartment in a good location for shops and restaurants, a short walk from the old town and Guggenheim. Supermarkets nearby if you prefer to eat in. The 1 bedroom apartment was good value for a family of 4 for a 3 night stay. If the carpark is fully booked the Parking Alhóndiga is spacious, sightly cheaper and a 2 minute walk away across Plaza Bizkaia.

Only downside was a continous, audible high pitched droning noise emanating from outside, maybe a ventilation fan? But we got used to it.

Extremely helpful receptionists. Gave us a 'Barik' travel card and advice on all types of local public transport. Fantastically useful and staggeringly cheap due to being heavily subsidised. Fabulous, huge bed (made up up every day by whoever also emptied the waste bins). Big TV, well equipped kitchen and extraordinarily multifunctional shower which left no part of the body without its own individual squirt. Really good location for central museums and pinxto bars as well as Casco Viejo, a 20 minute walk.

Apartment looked onto the street which was nice, but Spanish streets get noisy Friday and Saturday nights. However a white noise app enabled sleep. We added a blanket over the mattress again.

This was my second stay here and again it was a good choice. All the advantages of an apartment but with cleaning provided and, most important, the excellent multilingual front desk staff.

Only 2 issues meant we couldn't give a score of 9 or 10. We reported on the first day that half of the 6 light bulbs in the bathroom weren't working and light was too low for shaving and doing make-up. This wasn't fixed during our 1 week stay. Beds are made with just a sheet over the mattress. We weren't comfortable with this and used the spare blanket as a mattress cover.

Apartment was large and well fitted out. Reception staff are there until really late and were very helpful, as were cleaning staff. Everything we wanted to see in Bilbao was walkable, and train and bus stations are quite close for making day trips. The area has loads of good food shops, other shopping, restaurants, etc. A nice bonus was the airport bus stop a couple of minutes walk away.

Would be nice to have a few more pillows (of different types). Would be nice to be able to watch some local TV or tell me in advance that there's no cable for the TV so I can bring an hdmi cable or a chromecast.

Lighting is a bit dim at night. Kitchen equipment is basic - could do with some sharper knives and a cutting board.

Excellent friendly & helpful staff - gave us ideas for eating, loaned office equipment needed, etc. Apartment OK and reasonably equipped. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Excellent location in centre of city with bakery next door, several supermarkets nearby and not far from metro/RENFE for trips around the region. Get a BARIK card for discounted public transport - reception might have one to lend you.
