Sometimes noisy and you can hear loud music from outside. Bathroom doors are old and require a fix. When closed bathroom doors I was not able to open them and was stuck and needed to call for a help.

The breakfast had amazing fresh orange juice but served only in plastic cups, they had no glasses. Why? Not only is this very un-organic, but you can't enjoy this delicious juice that well from plastic. Also, the morning coffee from the vending machine was so sweet, that it was undrinkable. This unnecessarily spoiled the impression of an delicious and rich breakfast.

Good location, nice pool, cleanliness and rich breakfast. Nice place for a short exploratory holiday.

The hotel was built in a hill and the building was a little “not in water” the cuppard could not clause probably But was for us not a big problem, it was nice and very clean

The staff were very helpful and pleasant, it was easy to navigate and the rooms were large enough for 2 people with a great view of the pool and the sea.

A bit dated, breakfast was a bit disappointing for what we paid, shower was weak.

Lets face ut hotel looking age in places but that is reflected in price , everything serviceable. For San Agustin this is oldest hotel and others are grander but dont let this put you off

The hotel is well located in quiet area with a few bars and restaurants about access is easy both for public transport to other resorts and airport. Almost all rooms dace south with balcony. Pool are fiine and breakfast was well laid out. Best bit is tie up with onsite restaurant for half borad in a set menu absolute bargain and great quality

Beds were uncomfortable and were singles instead of a double so there was always a gap on the middle

Absolutely everything was outdated and worn off, food that is on breakfast is only the cheapest and lowest quality.

Nice location in San Augustin, a few minutes walk from the beach and the shopping plaza/bar and restaurant area. 5th floor room with a sea view and the Dunes of Maspalomas in the distance and the pool area below. Free parking right out front, friendly staff and a very laid back atmosphere with mostly elderly couples, which made us feel quite young ;-) Clean and tidy room with a fridge, microwave, kettle, sink and double hot plates with all the necessary bits and bobs a kitchenette should have. Pool was refreshing.

The hotel needs renovation and serious cleaning. The bathroom has rust and is dirty.

Location is ok, not so far away from the beach side. They have a pool, but the water is cold. People are friendly and helpful.

super friendly staff, very accommodating. We went to the Canary Islands for a bicycle trip and they have a separate bike storage/workspace with tools you can use. They even stashed our bike boxes for us so we had them at the end of the trip. We stayed there in the beginning and at the end of our trip. Amazing service!

Nothing really the room we stayed in was a bit dated but that did not effect the pleasure of our stay.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, the Hotel was in a nice quiet location the breakfast was amazing and the evening meal next door was first class with a great atmosphere in the restaurant especially when the pianist and singer were playing. It was also nice to have the lock up facility for our bicycles and the tool kit for guests to use was really nice.
