Access to room on first floor a series of stairs which wasn't ideal Room generally in need of some updating but still more than acceptable. Wifi was a big problem as I usually spend a couple of hours a day in the morning with work related items. It has got worse to the point that I gave up trying to connect. Any WiFi server with a 1a_ prefix is absolutely hopeless. Had a similar experience in Tarahal apartments last year. If you need reliable WiFi access then sadly this is not the place for you.

Lovely view and location Unfortunately in a lower room this time, higher ones are better if available Nice heated pool but beware of the 'Towel Brigade' who mark their sunbeds just after daylight! I didn't know that still happened! Didn't have breakfast on this trip.

The pool bar closed in the afternoon and there wasn't much to do, long way to bars and program. The pool was supposed to be heated, very cold water.

There should be improvement regarding the dinner. The restaurant looks cosy and dinner is "a la carte", that's ok, but the carte was a little handwritten paper with 3 choices each: for starter, main course and dessert. However, the quality was rather poor and the quantity probably not enough for a big eater. The main courses had mainly no vegetables and never sauces, just the meat or fish and some cooked potatoes or dry rice. That should be much better.

The hotel is a nice, quiet en good place to stay. Friendly staff, clean and big rooms, all of them with a kitchenette, which is handy, good breakfast with lots of choice. Free parking facilities in front of the hotel. A big shopping centre with lots of restaurants and shops at 300 meters distance.

We had our room cleaned up only one day (although we stayed at the hotel for 7 nights, we let the sign on the door and we kindly asked the lady to clean up the room one morning), but the ladies from the reception helped us with clean towels. Extra fee for safebox

Good value for money; Spacious room, with terrace and a well equipped kitchenette; Good location - 6min walking distance to bus station (for the airport, approx 30min, direct bus; to Las Palmas or Faro/Maspalomas); The ladies from the reception were very nice, friendly and helped us with info and reccomendations; The food from the breakfast was almost the same every day, but there were different options for every taste (including fresh orange juice).

very poor shower ( almost a trickle). in need of an update curtains torn. also if someone is smoking on the balcony it comes directly over the top and makes your room smell. suggested to the hotel about smoking and non smoking sections. didn’t seems possible. we were next to an elderly couple who coughed and smoked endlessly throughout our stay so we had to keep our balcony door shut.

Dinner at the Blossom restaurant was a bit tasteless, but we were able to change it to a lunch at the pool bar, where the food was good and service great.

Amazing and helpful staff, breakfast was very good, pool area was nice. Bed was very comfortable. There was everything we needed in the room (shower worked well, small kitchenette and air conditioning).

Beds not that comfortable. Improvements required in bedrooms - sliding wardrobe doors didn’t work properly. No plug in bathroom basin. Dinner in Blossoms absolutely terrible. We booked 4 nights D,B&B but the restaurant was only open for 2 of the nights. We were offered 2 lunches instead but as this was not acceptable to us, we were given a refund instead. The 2 dinners were dreadful and served by fairly unhelpful staff.

The hotel is an old building and has some annoying problems. We were initially in the two bedroom apartment which was very tired looking and drastically in need of a refurb. The skirting board was coming away from the wall in some areas and the flooring was lifting in parts. The sun deck was not a nice place to sit and the sun beds needed cleaning/changing as it was open to the elements. This was disappointing as the photos of the apartment looked beautiful on the websites. Having arrived on a rainy day, we found the rain was leaking quite badly into the lounge in a couple of areas. The staff were very helpful and moved us a floor down to two studios, which were better maintained than the two bedroom apartment, but these were not without issues. The patio doors in our studio didn't lock properly and the kitchen sink tap was loose. To be fair, the maintenance team were always quick to sort problems out. The worst problem was the water supply. We had no hot water for a shower on two days of our stay and the hot water, when on, was intermittent at best.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The cleaning in and around the hotel and in the rooms is excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect. The pool area is lovely and it gets the sun all day. The breakfast has a good choice with croissants, breads, hams, cheeses, fresh fruit, yoghurt, as well as a hot breakfast, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, tea etc and it was lovely to sit out in the sunshine whilst eating breakfast. This is the second time we have stayed here and we like it, despite the problems we had. The balconies in the higher studios have a fabulous view and it is sheltered from the wind, but still captures the sun.

This is my second stay at this hotel and I am still very happy with it. I like the location. There is no problem with parking. Room equipment indicates attention to detail (well-equipped kitchenette, dryer on the balcony, etc.). Nice pool, no problems with sunbeds, tasty and varied breakfasts.
