Breakfast was good also the location. Would recommend this hotel! The receptionist Bharti was of great help. Made sure our stay at the hotel was of great ease. Ensuring our trip to Spain was also enjoyable, helping us sort transportation, giving us activity recommendations & directions. No complaints whatsoever.

The only thing we didn't like was the packed breakfast (staff kindly agree to give us a picnic box to take to an early excursion, however, it was just bread and some cookies). Compared to the usual amazing hotel breakfast, this felt like a disappointment.

The cutlery in the apartment kitchen had visible dirtiness from the previous guests, the cleaning staff came to our room 2 out of 5 nights of our stay, the breakfast staff used the same pair of gloves for cleaning the tables, removing dirty and used dishes, loading fresh food onto the self-servce counters.. The overall hygiene was poor, and the food somewhat disappointing. Other than this it, our stay was pretty good.

The view was great, the pool was warm and clean, the pool area also tidy and cozy, rooms were sufficiently big

There could have been a better explanation about how to use the gym facilities and when it was open. The pool information was a bit confusing as we were told it was open 11.00am to 7.00pm but the pool opening times advertised next to the pool were 10.00am to 6.00pm? These were very minor things though. We needed to travel for at least 40 minutes to visit our preferred tourist spots by bus - but this was our own fault.

The breakfast was absolutely incredible with a wide selection of different foods to choose from and all laid out early and fresh. There was so much choice. The room was clean and modern looking with good facilities. The staff were very friendly and polite. The balcony had a very nice view of the sea and it was nice to sit outside in the evenings.

Vegan options in the breakfast.

Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff. In a very quiet area but still plenty of places to eat and drink, around and about. The pool area was immaculate and well maintained. Breakfast was impressive, but unfortunately, as a vegan, I did struggle. Would definitely stay again.

What I could improve a little bit is the pool and bar area. Since in May the sun is on till 9pm a little longer opening hours would be good. Also it would be nice if it was a little more atmospheric.

Pillows were small and lumpy. Breakfast wasn't to our taste but it seemed ample for most people and the coffee was good.

All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, a real asset. Our room on floor 1 was clean, comfortable and spacious. Though the beds are comfortable we did struggle with the pillows. The balcony was a great size and we had a reasonable sea view, I can only imagine that the views improve as you go up. The facilities at the hotel are excellent for the price and we would happily recommend. We were able to organise a late check out which made life much easier for us and our circumstances.
