How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Air conditioning was working but dripping a lot of water, bad smell coming for the bathroom during the night, could be cleaner.

Room brightness - room felt dark without curtains open, either due to light brightness or location.
Excellent location, decoration and high level of day to day cleanliness. Staff were accommodating and overall a pleasure to deal with! I'd like to highlight especially, Roger, Maria and the gentleman I dealt with on arrival (Martin?) I plan on staying at Vibra Mogambo again in the future and would 100% recommend to friend and family!

The air con didn’t work The pool also closed at 6 Some of the staff were rude Pool bar wasn’t open

Only downside was no bar round the pool but is a place next door which does drinks
We had a great sized room with a huge balcony. Staff were always friendly. Near everything you need

It’s overly priced for what it is!
The location to all the clubs is within walking distance, there’s lots of restaurants that are around it

the receptionist was awful. she checked us in but gave us keys to an occupied room. when I went down to sort the issue she blamed the fact I didn’t pay even though I was standing there waiting with my card assuming she would take payment after check out. she took so long to check people in, there was 2 groups in front of us and we waited over an hour. there isn’t a lift. the aircon in our room kept dripping. the cleaner didn’t restock the toilet facilities. there was only 1 mirror which was in the bathroom so between 3 girls was a bit crowded. curtains were a bit trippy too..
it was a great location, close to the airport and the beach. corner shop just downstairs. taxi rank diagonally across the road. the pool was nice and wasn’t over crowded. the flat was spacious and balcony was nice too. it was nice that there was a kitchen with a fridge.

The facilities are not the best, but you get what you pay for. The location is definitely great if you're looking to be close to most clubs and the beach.

1 pillow! Sorry but no one sleeps with 1 pillow (maybe a child), even the staff said so! But they could not give us anymore. Had to take toilet roll from my friends room as the maid only gave us 1 for the whole 5 days. Cleaning was non existent, even though I left the sign on the door. You must understand that people get up late in ibiza after going to bed at 7/8am most nights.
Cute little kitchen package of a sponge, cloth and washing up liquid as I hate having to buy this. Location was good, walking distance to Hi and Ushuaia, 4 min cab from DC10 and 12 mins to Amnesia. Friendly staff. Blackout curtains. Nice shower.

only issue we had was our cards to access worked and didn’t work for 3 days and we kept going back and forth to reception they did resolve our issue and fix our rooms card reader they sent us an apology note and sent us a prosecco which was nice
property exactly like how the photos are modern fresh, great facilities, loved the pool, fantastic location near so many shops bars restaurants clubs and beach and hotel was lovely and quiet.

If you’re in Ibiza to party, then you’re in the right place in Playa D’en Bossa area . Good for a group of people to enjoy a good trip and the nightlife. Staff were lovely
