The beds could have been a little more comfortable. I now have a bad back and it could well be due to the beds, or I’m just getting old.

The staff were really great. A real credit to the place. It seemed like they have a nice dynamic which really makes the atmosphere. The facilities were excellent. The kids loved the pool and the sauna was brilliant. Breakfast was really great too.

The rooms were located on a garden which was pretty difficult to locate, there was no staff helping guest or escorting the guest to the room or helping with the luggage.

It was very quiet in the hotel as our of season so the entertainment was not well attended.

The room we had was very comfortable with a nice spacious balcony overlooking the pool area. Well equipped apartment with everything you could want. There were toiletries in the bathroom including hair conditioner. Good location with a couple of minutes to the beach and taxi rank and bus stop very close by too.

The walls were thin and we could hear the people in the next room over talking, and children crying, in the middle of the night. The apartment was cramped (there was hardly any room between the kitchenette and the door to the bathroom). The “or” in the description ( sea or pool view”) was doing a lot of work; our room was on the ground floor adjacent to the pool, and we could hear the pool furniture being moved early in the morning. One reason we chose this place was because it had a hot tub, but not only were we told that we’d have to request it hours in advance so they could get the water, we did so and arranged our plans around it only for it to not be working. The staff at the desk wasn’t interested in resolving this and didn’t seem bothered about having wasted our time.

The location was good and the apartment was clean.

Parking space not guaranteed, you have to search the space around the hotel and streets. Evening entertainment at the hotel is poor. Not any drinks included in the dinner price (even water)

Room seems like too cramped. The conditioner was too loud. It was pretty dark at the sleeping room because of the small window there, but my husband liked it.

The kitchen have all necessary to make coffee, cook and store food. Location is great to visit beach in 3 minutes. Also there bus station at the hotel. The dinner is diverse, so you can try many spanish dishes, but the taste is middle.

The beds were very uncomfortable, like sleeping on wood! our shower tray was broken so while showering our entire bathroom was full of water. the couch in the living room was saggy in the middle…a lot of defects in a room you pay more then €400 a night

Beds in Villa type apartments were old fashion and makes strange noises, not comfortanle, very stiff mattress. Walls were dirty and curtains with holes. Villa apartments side needs good renovation. In the bathroom there was no condicioner, so steam from shower flows straight to smoke dector. Sofa next to TV was very strange.

Several polls, very good location and tasty breadfast. The hotel stuff was friendly overall !

It’s too expensive for what you get. The hotel rooms are pretty run down at the end of the season and the area is very touristy and not authentic. There are much nicer hotels in more beautiful areas of Mallorca for this price

The staff is very friendly and the location is close to the airport and beach. We had an early check in which was very nice as we were traveling to the airport early the next day and wanted to be close to the airport.

If you get a booking with small child (with stroller), please give booking on ground floor or max first floor. It was really hectic for us to stay on 2nd floor.

Location was best, pool for small kids was a plus. Everything was good apart from the daily housekeeping.

There is a lack of umbrellas for loan at reception in case of rain.

A comfortable, clean, quite and spacey room with a perfect sea and sunset views. An excellent terrace at the roof. Every day the hotel crew hosts various entertainments for visitors and their kids. A number of dishes at Terra restaurant onsite where everyone could find what he wants. Many thanks to Francesco from Terra crew for an exceptional service, kindness and friendliness. We do definitely stay at Houm Plaza Son Rigo our next visit to Mallorca.

Early check in could be optimal but I understand the hotel is busy and cleaning staff is working hard to get the rooms ready.

amazing buffet with large diversity of dishes, most of the things were also suitable for a toddler. Very polite, friendly staff wiling to help. Fantastic restaurant staff, keeping my baby occupied and entertained during the meals. Loved the location, so close by the beach, shops, playground. Excellent pools , adjusted for family. I particularly liked the baby club, where I could let my baby free running and enjoying company of other kids. Fantastic place to spent the hottest times of the day, while keeping baby happy.

There were additional fees for many things - like towels or bigger pool beds. In such a big and pricy hotel this shouldn't occur. There was also a cigarette smell in our room.

Breakfast was awesome. Localisation was also very good. Jan and Marilyn from animation staff were great. Entire staff was very kind and helpful.

The street of the hotel is rather busy with buses stopping every few minutes, making some noise, but its bothering only if you sleep with open windows (what i doubt most will do, due to the heat outside). Half board does not include beverages for dinner (probably pretty normal, but good to know). The staff in the restaurant was a bit to keen on collecting empty plates from the tables, I almost had the feeling they want us out the soonest. The hotel has definitely seen better days and it's not the most modern and luxurious establishment nearby, but provides excellent value for for money.

The hotel has an excellent location, with the airport and Palma buses stopping directly in front of it and probably Mallorca's nicest beach is 300 m away. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner offered an abundance of different meals with great variety every day. Each evening there where some fun activities for kids and adults as well. Car or bike rentals and various shops virtually next door.

I booked the room as it said "sea view. " Not the end of the world, but we were given a limited sea view as there were tall trees in front of the balcony. Other hotels sell these rooms as limited sea views so you know what you are getting. In fact, I chose this hotel as I thought I would get a full sea view. Mentioned it to reception staff, but the response was disappointing. Please advertise as other hotels do. The superior 1 bedroom apartment was pleasant but pretty standard. The pull out bed in lounge became uncomfortable as the week went on. Not enough hanging space for 3rd person or dresses, so 1 of us didn't unpack.

Lots of outdoor spaces that are well maintained. Good location, near to the beach, shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, cooked and cold. Staff in restaurant were great. Snack bar menu was good and service great and quick. Rooms cleaned daily, fresh linen and towels.
