Basic budget economic hotel in city center. Close to metro station. Staff was friendly and check-in/checkout was very fast. Thin walls so you hear noise from other rooms. Bed was comfortable. Best thing about this hotel is location close to city center, metro, shops, restaurants, supermarket etc.

The kitchenette is way too outdated and a little bit uncomfortable.

The staff was awesome! I had a nerve-wracking incident on my way to the hotel and the two guys in the reception gave us a great welcome and help to try to make things better for us.

The air condition was on high, but felt like it didn't do much. The room was pretty warm in the evening, during the night it got bit better, but can imagine it being rather warm in the summer. There was not enough plates and spoons for all three of us.

Clearly it is very run-down and old. There is also a distinctive smell that we didn't like in the hallways and also in the room. Room is also poorly equipped even though it is advertised as being an apartment.

Location is exceptional and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room was quite old, but as mentioned above also very clean. The acoustic isolation was not excellent. More power outlets will be also welcome.

Central position and really kind staff. The room was spacious and very clean. Good value for money. The entire structure will be entirely renovated in the near future.

It was a bit run down, they need to update everything. We booked four rooms and they were all the same, nothing like the photos on their web page, the pillows were very uncomfortable for my liking and the rooms were very hot. There is heating but no air conditioning and if you sleep with the windows open it’s to noisy.

There is no normal size windows in apartment , only windows leaf . There was old wood door and also keys need to give reception every time when left the hotel.

Wall are thin, and you hear other people, but it was not a problem for us.

We have stayed in the hotel for the night between the flights. It is very near to the metro station and to the walking street. Very good price/services ratio for the room with a bath.

Constant stream of loud people outside the window literally all night. Air con didn't work, but couldn't leave the window open because of the noise. The hotel has construction going. So some rooms are old and so.e have been redone. We know this because our first room was old but spacious. The toilet broke after the water was shut off all afternoon. We moved to a refurbished room that was newer but quite a bit smaller.

Great location right on the edge of the shopping district and the malasaña neighbourhood.

The room is dated and in need of renovating, and we couldn’t get the airconditioning to work, which meant sleeping with the windows open in a very noisy location.

The noise of outside was directly welcomed to the room, the windows and the doors are not so good isolated. At the reception by the check in they ask for your visa card information, is a sort of guarantee even we did already paid the room. I think the hotel needs a good renovation, some of the materials were very old.

The location of the hotel was perfect. We had a little kitchen with some kitchen stuff, like a kettle, coffee cups and water glasses. All wass cleaned. the room was big enough, also the bathroom. we have had a good view to a little street from the window.

There was constant building noise as the hotel is currently undergoing some refurbishments which it is desperately in need of. All the tiles in my bathroom had been painted over at some point (as had the bath itself) and this was now peeling noticeably. The TV reception was almost non existent and just didn't work half the time. The walls are a bit on the thin side and I could hear next door's couple having noisy sex quite a bit. Good for them. Less good for me. That all said, for me the positives outweighed the negatives. The bed was comfy, the staff were great and the price was good. I have no real complaints and enjoyed my stay.

Location is great. The area is full of good bars and restaurants and has a lively vibe without being overcrowded. A good place if you like vintage clothes shops too. Right next to Tribunal metro station which has dierct links via line 1 to both major railway station and anywhere else you might want to go in central Madrid. Staff were super friendly and helpful and overall decent value for the price I paid.
