The beds were too soft and pillows were not great at all. My back is still hurting :(

The View from the room was amazing, we got to see beautiful Sunrise every morning. The breeze from the sea was really niec too. It was very close to city center - 5-7 mins walk. (at least the shopping area with restaurents etc.)

Only minor issues was my partner found the bed a little hard for her liking and the kitchen did not contain a chopping board.

No parking within XIC Appart facilities (but Europe parking nearby).

Sonia the big boss keep the place clean and quiet… she’s the ONE. Last floor (503) was great with wonderful view on the sea and Paloma. Morning breakfast in Viena coffee shop with crazy Zumo de Naranjas, cafe con leche and nice flauti and flauta (bocadillo de jamon). Evening restaurant in B&M restaurant (the best). Thanks to Maria, Laura, Sammy, Anton… B&M friendly and very pro team… excellent food and a wonderful cave of local one !

Clean, comfort ( very good bed) climate ( excellent easy functional air conditioner) spacious, good size balcony , beautiful view to the sea , landscape, good kitchen, good bathroom . Enough towels. The kitchen and lounge facilities need updating, especially cutlery, crockery and glasses. Sleeper couch is very uncomfortable as seating.

The location is absolutely amazing. The cleanliness was outstanding.

If it had some additional electricals like a dishwasher, washer and oven would have been easy to stay there longer.

Beds were very uncomfortable and not up to standard. Kitchenette was equipped with only the very basics. It’s ok for making pasta and a salad. They charged over 100 euros after property was paid for. No messages. No explanations. They issued a refund a few days after.

Communication was very fluent on their side. Facilities were very clean and bathroom was really good

I didn't like everything!

Very noisy hotel! We lived in a room with a view of the playground, children in the afternoon, petang in the evening, drunk young people with music at night. Rooms with sea access are no better - in the evenings the restaurant on the embankment buzzes, at night drunk teenagers listen to music and scream! All the time, the hotel turns on the fire alarm, which is simply deafening. In addition, during our stay, the neighbors had a party with loud music by tram until night (although this is prohibited by the hotel rules), and one day decided to continue the party from 6 am!!! In response to our complaints, the administrator only said that she was going to talk to them. So-so solution to the problem, right? In general, if you are traveling with children or just waiting for a quiet rest - the hotel is not for you, you will not fall asleep. Also keep in mind that room cleaning is not provided, you will have to clean up and take out the garbage yourself. A deposit of 150€ is taken upon arrival, although they do not warn about this when booking! Disgusting hotel!

A mirror in the room could be helpful (there was one above the sink in the bathroom only) but I wouldn't complain too much about it.

Great location - right next to the beach. Spacious comfortable room with a terrace. A special thing about this aparthotel - no keys, you only get a code that allows you to access the building and your room. It is really helpful as you do not need to pass the key to one another and worry each time you close the door: haven't I left the key locked inside? I was also delighted with the terrace doors - they were absolutely soundproof. Though the room was facing the square and a youth hotel, no noise could be heard inside.

The kitchen very poorly equipped (no toaster, no kettle) no basic breakfast items. But the worst was the AIR CONDITIONING - WAS NOT WORKING!!! With the room temperature around 30° and immense humidity, we paid for something essential for the conditions, and we did not enjoy it! The quality/price ratio is very low.

The best of all was the location and cleanliness .

Amazing location, very practical set up with dishes etc. They provided towels and even a cleaning kit for dishes. The apartment was very clean.

awful ikea beds with thin mattreses. very noisy from neighbors, barking dogs and workers from restaurant partying after closing til 5 AM. the place was outdated and not as luxury as pictures portrayed it---def not chic. the lady at reception was very nice but then did not want to give me some extra shower gel saying they are not a hotel. for the price and conditions of the place they could at least offer that.

The 2bedroom we had booked was for 6pax, it appears this type of units do not have AC, and the bedrooms are slightly old, the unit also has a very small wardrobes which was not sufficient for 6pax who are staying for 8 nights. The kitchen is very small, with very limited kitchenware, and has a minibar instead of a fridge, which was not enough for a family of 6pax, only 2 large bottles of water would make it full. The unit we had was on the 2nd floor, however; we were unable to sleep in the night due to the noise outside from the restaurants, trucks cleaning the sand as well as the garbage truck, since we had to keep the balcony open as no AC in the apartment only fans were in the unit.

The location is good and walking distance to the beach and the shopping area. Sonia at the reception was very helpful and accommodating.

The view of the beachfront is stunning, however there were no quiet moments there. Not even at 6am, when I awakened to see the sunrise over the water. Naturally, this isn't the fault of the hotel, but just something people should be aware of. My visit was at the beginning of August, so perhaps it was just a reflection of the start of vacation/holiday season. No complaints, whatsoever, about the facilities, however.

The location is perfectly situated near a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and clothing stores. My apartment had an excellent beach view, and I only had to go downstairs for access. The concierge, Sonia is very accommodating and responsive. She speaks several languages, with English being among them. She is professional, friendly and welcoming.
