The host Jorge met us at the property. He gave excellent advice on restaurants and areas of the city to visit. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Great location

Stayed for 9 nights and would have appreciated change of towels/bedding without having to ask or make special arrangements - should be done 'automatically' every 3/4 days.

This is a studio apartment, quite spacious with a lovely terrace, near busy and central Gran Via, but very quiet (on 5th floor, elevator worked well). Comfortable bed, small, well- equipped kitchen, well functioning heater (mid-Dec) and wifi. Coffee places and restaurants near by, museums, farmer's market, etc. require a bit of a walk (~ 20min) or cab ride. Very nice place to stay.

The host/management company. They have to this date no refunded the security deposit despite me asking numerous times and showing bank statements to prove it has not been received, they refused to do the same and after stating it had been returned, they then said it was a problem with their bank. Still heard nothing from the bank or The Charming Concept group about the repayment. Furthermore, they had a damaged/cracked hob on arrival and due to the poor natural light in the apartment, I sliced my hand open on the first night and had to visit a doctor the following morning, I was not going to go down the current route I am pursing but their lack of professionalism and interest in refunding what is not theirs to hold onto without adequate reason, is forcing me to.

I picked this property for the location on a business trip.

The hours to use the washing machine are not the best. We can use it between 11 AM to 10 PM - but it's the time that tourists are usually out. The shower is good, but it doesn't heat enough for two consecutive baths.

The location is fantastic! Near to everything you need, in the heart of the Gran Via. The apartment is huge, very comfortable, and silent. The staff is super helpful and kind, they helped with everything.

Our door was very squeaky! More a problem for the other guests. Talked to Maria and she quickly tried to fix the problem.

We loved our stay! The apartment is just like the pictures. The location is perfect and our host Maria was responsive, helpful and personable.

I did not like that due to the fact that the host's account was hacked, I was robbed of money. I didn't like the 200 euro security deposit was unlocked 4 days after checkout, and that only after I came back asking why it takes so long. The pillows were very hard. The big windows were in vain because you couldn't see through them, the glass being covered with a white surface.

The location was awesome. The apartment was well equipped.

Would have been nice to have more daylight into the room. The frosted windows blocked it. Our windows were to the inner yard so did not expect any views anyway.

Quiet although it is right in the centre of the city. Very helpful hostess who gave useful practical tips about roaming the city. Clean and practical. Patio and common space nice, too.

Collecting the key was ok but not easy … Would be nice to get some explanation on how to lock the door and using AC and garbage recycling Noise in the internal patio ( some students chatting late and having drink )

Kitchenette lacked some utensils - a dish drainer & cleaning materials under the sink, would have been helpful also a Bilingual instruction booklet on how to use the facilities and helpful local tips. e.g.neighbourhood supermarket and restaurants

The property managers entry and exit instructions were very clear. We communicated with messages in English via the What's Ap platform & through the Booking.com Ap. Was easy and straightforward when we had WiFi to locate and access the Property.

- this was one room in an apartment - the view into the inner court - I was not aware that we will have to share the common area before arrival

- super friendly staff - splendid location - spacious room with air-conditioning - could call in advance to make sure everything is OK - they let us in a room before state check-in - available washer and dryer

This spacious apartment offers many top attractions and diverse cuisine options within walking distance. Airport transfers and late check- in can be easily organised with additional costs. Overall, it's a very pleasant stay in the very heart of Madrid
