The only thing I did not like was that I was taking a shower in one bathroom and my husband was in the other bathroom. When he comes out he was shocked to see an older lady roaming around the apartment. He questioned her being there and she said she was the owner who lived next door. We did not like this one bit since she came in unannounced. We told the security downstairs and he said to ignore her that she was older. My point is, if that is the case then don't give her a key to the apartment. We felt very uncomfortable after that. We kept checking if she was coming in.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The location was wonderful, the street was quiet compared to the main street which it was party all night. We enjoyed the terrace the most, it was great kicking back after a long day of sightseeing.

Wifi was awful. It rarely worked. The person at check in hardly spoke a word of English and seems a bit overworked. On day 2 of my trip the fuse to all outlets except one went out. But the receptionist was able to fix that quickly.

No WiFi. We tried reaching out to the property owner, but he never replied to our messages. The street was also pretty noisy and the bed was too small for a double bed.

The Location was great, right in the centre of Madrid and very close to multiple metro stations to travel around the city.

in one of the bathrooms there was a hose leaking in the sink continuously, the couch is not comfortable, the door of the main bathroom is difficult to open/close

The showers didn’t have hot water for very long, so everyone could only take very short showers

The property was very spacious with a separate kitchen, two bathrooms and 2 balconies. Even with the sofa bed pulled out the living room was comfortable for a group of 5 people.

The entrance is a bit odd (via a car park) and wasn't always staffed. We were a group of 4 but they only gave us 1 key. We requested another key but it took several hours and two return trips to the apartment (at their request) to eventually get another key card.

The location is excellent and the apartment was more than big enough for the 4 of us. Having two bathrooms really helped in the mornings.

- unable to do early check in - like 1 hour earlier. - guest from the night before entered my room with her key as she hadn't checked out. - The guests next door had a wild night, I heard everything. ( no fault of the hosts but it shows the walls are poorly insulated. - the need to upgrade on the mattress. I felt every spring in my back ( and I am not overweight)

Close to the shopping centre, metro station and supermarket around the corner. The apartment had a washing machine. The wifi was very strong.

The laneway noise of people standing around / going home in the early hours at weekends. Closing the bedroom door helps considerably.

The proximity to everything. Retail shops, restaurants, metro, red bus, supermarket, museums, etc. Very comfortable apartment.

There is a deposit requested upon arrival that is not mentioned here on Booking (100€ in cash) It is not possible to receive visit, and this is also not mentioned on Booking, only upon arrival, and in a very aggressive way (see photos). Staff does not speak Spanish very well, they are rude and not at all customer oriented (they are in fact the the parking entrance and are in charge on the side of the reception / management of the rent apartments. It does not work at all!

The apartments are in need of some renovation and there was a problem with the wifi connection. Expensive parking with difficult entry.

The apartments are located in the city center, all attractions are within walking distance. Large apartment, two bathrooms. Underground parking.
