The AC worked well but the dirt that was coming out was all over the apartment.

Perfect location. We stayed few nights, even though the apartment was not the newest it had everything we needed. A little noisy from the neighbours but that's just bad luck. Nice pool for kids and plenty of space to walk around. I recommend 👌

The toilet smelled ( the water smelled ) and the shower also.

We loved the view from our apartment, the balcony was very nice and we were able to get to the beach in 3 minutes ! Loved it !

When it rained heavily we had a small ceiling leak in living room and windows too. Main restaurant closes on Monday (particularly bad timing as Monday was my 60th birthday and we had hoped for a family meal around the pool near our room).

One drawback was the noise from neighboring houses. It was noticeable at times, particularly from the houses situated on the side and above ours.

The hotel boasts a good location, being in close proximity to the beach, which was a major plus. The pool area provided ample space for the kids to play and enjoy themselves, adding to the overall family-friendly atmosphere. One aspect that stood out during our stay was the attentive and friendly staff. They were always ready to assist and ensure a comfortable experience. Additionally, having access to reliable WiFi and efficient air conditioning added convenience and comfort to our stay.

Parking is difficult when it is busy, even though is a parking garage to a fee.

Location was excellent near one of the nicest beaches, the flat was comfy, the resort busy but with a nice pool and two restaurants/bars on the site. Mind you, all apartments in the resort have different owners, so not all might be as comfy as ours was.

Lovely stay! Generally I estimate this place in value for the money more than any other place I visited in this vacation to Spain. Even in the beginning april the swimming pool was already open and clean.

Apartment was north facing and never got any sun, so felt chillier than it actually was outside. Do check this before you book, especially for an early spring or autumn stay. Sea views were to one side. No restaurants in the area - we had to walk into town.

Location was super close to a lovely beach. Area is very quiet. Nice walk into town along a dune promenade. Town is lively and with good choice of restaurants. Apartment nice, new and clean. Swimming pool clean but water was super cold!!

Beds were not comfortable, rust and dirt in bathroom corners, "tired" towels, no mugs for tee... so in general the whole apartment complex cries for a little renovation. But anyhow it does not change the charm and possibilities of this place.

Perfect location close to Playa Romana. Lovely swimming pool for residents. This time (and it's already our third visit to Alcossebre) we had an upper floor apartment with huge terrace, so there were amazing view of stars at night and sunrise in mornings.

Apartment wasn't in top condition, door to the balcony was broken. Some check would help a lot. Not enough space to sit in the area of swimming pool.

The state of the apartment we got was terrible. Dirty, smelly, the flush in the toilet wasn't working properly. On the third day started raining very heavily and water got into our apartment. We had to wait a few hours until we got a different apartment on a first floor. In fact, the other one was much more cleaner and cosier.

Dirty room, I talk in reception and they say them know it's not clean. The swimming pool was very dirty. The borders from the pool are black. Nobody came to clean in a week, I talk in reception. The answer was they can't clean bcz it's a lot people che-in and check-out and they can't. The sofa dirty. Red marks and dark marks. All very old. Toilet stinking horrible the tuves. Bsd comunication between the members staff. They offering massage, manicure, and we want and the lady say, she was tired, and maybe next day. And massage text in WhatsApp and snother customer came put complain bcz nobody answer the phone in 3 days. The prices to eat more expensive than London. Only a/c in living room, in the room, to hot. I take the sunbeds and I went infrint yo take a breakfast, and domebody stolen the sunbeds and they say is the politicy...

- you need to be ready to leave your credit card details or a deposit of 50 euros (just a heads up as not everybody has cash) during check in - one small minus (but it´s rally compensated by the rest of advantages) is the lack of elevators there. if you come with a baby strolle be ready to carry it to a third floor

We had 2 bedroom appartments and they were very clean, with new furniture and good size for a family with 2 kids. There was also a big terrase Sweaming pools are pefectly planned: there is one for babies (35-45 cm deep), one for kids and a separate one for "adults " (2+m deep). So there was a space for everybody! Mo-Fr there are free morning yoga clases. And it´s the best thing to start a day on holidays) There are also aqua aerobics classes Location is OK if you come to disconnect - it´s just 2-5 min from a beach and the beach is very wide and good for kids. But most of the restaurants are a bit far - 20-30 min walking. But we took taxi (i think it was taxi Toni Alcossebre). From playa Romana till the center it was around 10 euros. If you go to the center it´s very recommended to go Atalaya restaurant (michelin recommended). It´s the best price/quality combination. The food is incredible, atmospeher is very cozy and its staff is super friendly (it´s better to book a place in advance) In playa Romana there are also places to eat and there is a supermarket in 5 min walk There is one bar/restaurant in the appartments area and it´s OK for breakfast. They are open all day long and there is also another smaller bar which is more for drinks and "pica-pica"
