A bit out-dated especially in washroom, soft mattress, not enough plugs, garbage bin without lid that I saw small ants and a cockroach in cupboard.

Perfect location. The metro, bus station, beach, supermarket, and Sagrada Familia are really close. The apartment is clean and has a lot of cooking supplies. Good view from the balcony. The woman at the reception is pleasant; I didn’t expect such a warm attitude.

I was woken up by noise from the street on some nights.

We loved the location. We were in walking distance of the beach and many of the main attractions. We had a large choice of good restaurants.

Everything was perfect. The whole apartment was clean. The location of the apartment is close to most of the popular sights (the closest beach is 10min away by foot; Sagrada Familia - 25min; Park Güell is also close enough if you ride the metro). Marta is an amazing host - friendly and helpful and always has a smile on her face!

Lovation, size of the place, it had pretty much everything you could need. Its not luxurious but very comfortable. Customer service was excellent!

Nothing really! Only thing that we missed but not really a big deal is an espresso machine... Could be a nice addition... Also it could use a bathroom ventilator for the humidity but OK... Nothing compared to all the amenities! Keep up the good work!

An apartment with attention to detail! Personnel was very helpful from the start! They also provided us with a crib and highchair! Definitely a huge plus when traveling by plane, Everything was clean and well maintained! Very nice balcony with a view of the Sagrada Familia! Very comfortable bed! Ideal for family! Well done! Very nice location, a long walk to the city center, but has busses and metro station just a skip away! (bus was very convenient for us, with a baby and stroller and literally can take you anywhere)... Just a 10 min walk to the beach as well. Grocery shopping around the corner and very nice cafes and restaurants, without the hustle of the busy central areas! Definitely recommend!

Location, facilities, cleanliness, security were all perfect and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Just half hour walk from city centre and 15 minute walk from lovely beaches. Close enough to some attractions to walk to as well. Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars all around. Peaceful for a good night's sleep. Felt very safe in the area.

Just one thing our sofa bed in living room was bit noisy and the balcony doors didnt fully prevent from the outside noise, so if you don't sleep very hard it may be bit difficult to fell asleep. But we managed for 5 days, so doable 😊

We spent 5 nights in the apartment in December 2+2 . Marta is amazing, very friendly, helpfull, smily. Location is super. You can see Sagrada from your balcony on which we had morning coffees, as sun is there in the morning. To ciutadella park 5min walk. To beaches/metro about 10min walk. Lidl just around the corner if needed. Comfy large beds in the bedroom. We definitely stay there again if in Barcona.

Parking not adapted to the size of today's cars, unfortunately a common problem by now. The street in front of the building is somewhat noisy, which can be a problem for the smallest sleeping room and the living room.

Quite easy to reach and conveniently located for public transport (two underground stations on different lines nearby), convenience shops close by, well equipped. All this at a fair price.

Good place, very good size. Balcony was really cute and good size. Great for reading on in late afternoon. Location good news shops and restaurants, short walk to Marina metro which you could get rly anywhere from. Short walk to the actual marina too! Would return.

The beds could have been a little more comfortable, but this is minor.

The apartment is really nice and comfortable. The location is good, however, you will most probably need to take transportation to go sightseeing, however, there are several bus stops close to the apartment. We liked that the building is closed and only those who book the accommodation can get in.

The property was in an excellent location, away from the more crowded touristic areas but close enough to reach all the amenities either by foot or the very good public transport in Barcelona.
