Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOur room was too warm and the air conditioning didn't seem to make any difference... We reported it to reception, who promised to investigate, but there was no apparent change. With only two nights stay there was no chance to pursue it further.

United KingdomCoffee machine in the room was hopeless with no instructions, lots of water leakage then ended up using two pods but still no coffee would have preferred a kettle . Also be aware that this hotel is at the top of a very steep hill so if you have any walking issues it could be a problem though the street escalators helped a lot it could still be a challenge.
We arrived early to the property and we were greeted by a young lady who was very helpful she then let us park our car in private garage till our room was ready . Fabulous superking sized bed which was super comfy . Decor very nice a bit quirky which we liked . We were on the top floor reached by a lift , it had amazing views of the port , even watched our ship sail in 😁

United KingdomThe only thing which would have made it better was more availability of hot beverages/snacks, but to be honest access to town was so easy, it really didn't matter, and coffee was provided in the room.
The receptionist - unfortunately I didn't get her name was very welcoming, informative and helpful. She assisted us in parking the car securely under cover in their garage, gave us all the information needed to access the nearby bars and restaurants, with some good recommendations too. There is a very useful lift down to the streets leading down to the sea front, and escalators to facilitate getting back up the hill! The hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Sadly we didn't get a room with a sea view, but as we were out most of the time, this didn't matter.

United KingdomThe weather was terrible for our visit with heavy rain that is the only disappointment.
When we arrived we were recognised from previous stays there and were upgraded from the booked room to a suite on the top floor. This was a free upgrade and was really appreciated. The rooms were excellent with wonderful views across the wide bay at Santander. The breakfast was a reasonable cost with a fair variety of food and drinks available. Car parking very secure in the underground park.

The member of staff who greeted us when we arrived late in the evening after rising up from Torrevieja was just great, sorry I can not recall his name. He helped park up our motorbikes, carried some luggage and assisted in ordering food. The decor is great, and breakfast was just ideal..

Convenient location to explore Santander. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in away from home! Comfortable room, soundproof and black out blinds for a guaranteed good nights sleep! Plenty of choice for breakfast. Great showers!
