We could hear other customers in the corridor whenever they came in and out of their room.

Super nice experience at Artemisia, warmly welcomed and cared for during our stay. We received a lot of attention, were given recommandations on places to visit and have dîner. The room is recent and very clean.

Really nice boutique hotel in the centre of Ciutadella. Cozy and with nice staff who will take care of you. Rooms are small but comfy with all the needed appliances. Bathrooms nice and clean.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast was great and the hotel itself is very charming and clean. The best feature of the hotel, however, is its staff. Marta and the rest of the staff are amazing! They were extremely helpful and nice, and we are very grateful for their help. We hope to go back some day.

Vey nice hotel with a great location. The breakfast is really good and the staff is both very friendly and helpful (I forgot my glasses under the bed and they posted back to me). I can recommend this hotel with any kind of group, young couples, families, and the elderly (there is also an elevator if needed).

This is more advice to potential bookers rather than what we didn't like, as neither of these are in the hotels control....the nearest free parking for the hotel is a few minutes walk away. It's not really an issue and we always found a spot in the same area (Carrer De Lepant) but a couple of times we had to go around in circles waiting. Also, the noise can be a bit of an issue, not so much throughout the night but early in the morning. The bottle bank recycling was emptied early on a Monday morning which was pretty loud and went on for a few minutes!

Great location, very central and close to everything you need in Ciutadella. The hotel is very clean and well preserved in an old building. The room was a great size, with a comfortable bed and big terrace. The people there were really helpful and friendly, Marta was always on hand to provide advice on which cala's/beaches to go to, and was very communicative before our arrival via whatsapp. The breakfast was fine with lots of options, and they also provide beach towels and umbrellas which was great.

The property can be a bit noisey at night due to location, however hotel gives you ear buds to help which is a great touch!

Church bells ringing every hour during the night!! No double glazing which was a real shame.

Everything was simply perfect. Great location and structure but even more importantly the service was simply amazing. Artemisia hotel staff were absolutely amazing - helpful, kind and extremely nice. Breakfast was great too. We will come back for sure next year.

THE BEST! The best breakfast, best staff and best location of any accom that we stayed in across a two month europe trip. It's a two minute walk to the bus station that takes you to every great beach on the island. It's close to all the best restaurants. The accom is so clean and the room is so compact. The robes and towels are so luxurious as well.

The host helped us for planning every day, they suggested us restaurants and beaches, super useful if you don’t know Minorca! :) We also loved the hotel position and the daily breakfast!!

Absolutely everything. We used Ciutadella as a city break and the hotel and room was perfect for our needs, situated on a quiet side street in a picturesque part of the old town. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and really informative. We followed some of their recommendations for food etc and were not disappointed. We only booked the small double but it was ample for our needs and felt spacious enough with a good sized bathroom, which had a separate areas for the toilet, then the sink and a big walk in shower. The rooms were very clean and modern but had a nice rustic feel as did the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful with a very good selections of fruit, meats, cheeses, bread and pastries and you could also order eggs to your liking

This is my favorite hotel on my trip. The young lady that helped me bring my luggage from the drop off point was so sweet and helpful. I had a beautiful room with a comfortable bed. The location was perfect! The breakfast free and scrumptious. The staff was the very best!
