Restaurant staff were very miserable, we left and ate in the bar.

Our second stay here, great location and very nice rooms. Sea view is essential, its lovely. Secure outdoor parking a few meters away. Beaches and surrounding area are really pretty.

It was more than our expectations. We stayed in the room Seaview, and we got the best room. It was the best position so can see the sea very well. The room is big enough. Also you can open whole windows so you actually have a bit balcony. And it's very calm. The restaurant also super good! And the cafeteria to have breakfast also nice. The waiter's are super friendly. We really recommend it especially for couples who need to staycation and be calm.

While parking was close and easily accessed, is not on same property. You have to carry luggage across a walkway.

Receptionist hidden behind high front desk. No clothes hooks in bathroom

Location on promenade in beautiful bay. Thoroughly well designed, soundproof, warm rooms with big window & balcony with beach & Mountain View. Lovely little bathroom.

We asked for 3 rooms close to each other but were given 103, 303 and another 3rd floor room. Tea/coffee making facility in the room would have been a major plus.

We asked for a sea view room and that’s exactly what we got. Excellent! The staff were so helpful and pleasant, we even enjoyed getting told off for not leaving the “do not disturb” sign on the door. Car park was a big bonus.

The wifi did not work, which was needed for me. Smoking was prevalent everywhere and drifted in. Parking can be arduous, so be prepared!

The amazing view from the room and location to access multiple beaches was amazing.

The main restaurant is a little pricey but looks pretty good, we ate at Pieces next door.

Ideal location if you’re travelling back to the uk via Bilbao or Santander. Parking for our motorcycle right outside, private parking. Fantastic beach and some nice restaurants nearby.

This hotel is located in a prime spot with an incredible beach front view and very cyclist-friendly with storage space for bikes.

I can’t think of anything, all great

They upgraded me and gave me a better room with sea view, amazing landscape, right in front of the sea and Isla beach. The staff in the cafeteria really nice. Nice and modern rooms and bathrooms, superb beds, the food really good but a bit more expensive than other places around but totally worth it having lunch with that view.

Breakfast is very, very disappointing. Meagre selection of 4 or 5 cakes/pastries and toast. No yoghurt, no fruit, no jamon, no cheese. Seriously lets down my opinion of this hotel.

Repeat visit. Great hotel in a fantastic location. Clean and comfortable room. Sea views all round. Fantastic restaurant for evening meal.
