Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe house needs updating a lot. It's been 10 years since since we stayed in same houses and it hasn't been updated at all. Needs painted , proper cleaning, there wasn't even a kettle to make a coffee or a ironing board. A lot needs improving for £2000. A lot of cocroaches as well. Needs some sort of fans as was stiffling hot at 33°.

United Kingdomyou had to go half a mile up the road to get the keys and drop them off, one of the staff member maybe even the hotel owner very rude slating me for using the hotel toilet where you collect and drop off keys whilst waiting on a late transfer back to the airport. washing machine did not work and no kettle . the bloke carried on shouting in Spanish despite me saying I don’t speak Spanish I would have returned but due to this behaviour I will never be going back to the palma beach hotel or Jessica beach apartments.

Unbeatable location, excellent response by maintenance and cleaning staff when needed. Bars, restaurants and supermarket all really close by but being frontline on the beach was superb.

United KingdomTired property, in need of refurbishment. Beds are old and uncomfortable, furniture is sparse and again, dated and not comfortable. Not much in the way of household facilities ie no kettle, little cutlery, mugs, glasses etc. What is there is cheap and dated Needs attention to upgrade it, and no WiFi, though not essential for some, should really be included this day and age. No aircon or ceiling fans in any of the rooms. Could also do with having a toldos (sun shade) for the front as it gets uncomfortably hot.
It’s in a great location. First line sea view right by the beach close to bars and restaurants in Mil Palmeras which is a great location. Two bed so comfortably sleeps four. Waking up to the morning sunrise was lovely.
