These apartments are located up a hill. This was an issue for me as my mobility is limited. There was a small fridge containing half litre cartons of water, juice, beer & a bottle of rosé. I used 2 cartons of water the first night. Luckily I bought water in a supermarket after that, as when I was leaving the owner/manager couple arrived. I had stayed there for a week & he charged me €8 for the 2 cartons of water. Poor business sense - this was very expensive for water, even in Spain. He showed no appreciation for the fact that I stayed for a full week - he's greedy! There's an honesty bar system adjacent to the dining balcony. I'm glad I wasn't tempted. Lord knows what I'd have been charged if the alcohol prices were as inflated as the water!!

Gaining admission to my actual room was a bit confusing. The owner/manager had sent me a WhatsApp clip, but the volume was poor. I have excellent hearing, but I had to phone her for assistance. She was there within minutes, to be fair and she was pleasant & helpful. However, had I not been a WhatsApp user I would not have received these clips. May be better to use e-mail; they had the from Booking.com The breakfast & cleaning staff are lovely - so polite & helpful & not at all intrusive. I requested a room with a shower cabin, when I got reservation confirmation (I wanted a shower not over a bath). My request got an immediate response & I was given a suitable room, on the same level as the breakfast balcony. There was free parking on the street outside. As it was November, I usually found a space. If, however, you're staying here at a busier time, this would be an issue. These apartments are located in a quiet, residential area but are close enough to restaurants etc., for the able bodied. The whole place was very clean. The towels need replacing, but I presume this will be done for the new peak season. Breakfast was included. It was served on the balcony by very nice staff.

Everything in one room: bed, bath, shower, toilet, etc... and tight headspace on the roof edge, as we had an attic. But rooms in Europe are small and expensive, so we made it work, didn't spend much time in the room actually.

Breakfast on the terrace. Staff were very attentive to anything we might need.

our room was a door off the MAIN LIVING ROOM! The other door was the kitchen, this was super intrusive and noisy. And I booked a suite. Our balcony looked onto the main balcony. no privacy

This is a fantastic family run hotel with exceptional terrace views, classy interiors and great service. Breakfast selection was on point. Location is great and just a 20 minute stroll down to Puerto Banus. Would definitely stay here again

The property is amazing, close to the main attraction of the city and the staff is super nice! The breakfast is really a value-added to the stay. Garden and swimming pool extremely relaxing! Parking spot included in the price.

Great staff, brilliant check in and walk around of property to show us around before we went out! Room was comfortable, spacious and had a lovely little terrace. Would stay again!

The elevator is super tight :( if you are travelling with bigger bags this may be a struggle

The hotel was in a nice neighborhood with walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Sitting on the terrace having breakfast was wonderful The presentation and the attentiveness of everything was great

We got upgraded to spacious suite with outdoor bath and garden view – very nice indeed. Hotel is located approx. 15 …20mins walk distance from Puerto Banus harbor. Our room was spacious, clean with nice design elements and features – outdoor bath was excellent surprise. WiFi was working well. Breakfast is served at roof top. and includes lots variety ingredients – tasty and fresh. There is opportunity for free car parking alongside the street. If I can score 11, I would like to give it – thx team making our stay memorable!
