Everything about the apartment and the location. It was on the last floor of an historic building with a beautiful inner courtyard. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, as described. It has fantastic views of the city and particularly the cathedral (illuminated at night) with windows in each room, which made it very luminous. Besides a terrace, it has a very cute private balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Loved it!

The location is amazing in the center of old town. It has a special feel to stay in a place with such ancient history. Under the apartment are some Roman Thermal baths that they found during the renovation. ( entrance is free). But the highlight of this stay was meeting Miguel, our host and the best ambassador for Toledo. we will love to come back with the rest of the family.

Note as many other people have there is no elevator so if there are problems to go up stairs, it might me a little difficult. Miguel helped me with my suitcase and as far as stairs go, it really isn't that bad to go up the three flights. As the building is quite old, the pipes produce water which taste a bit musty and I noticed this when drinking tea so I just bought bottled water and it was fine. The floor is very noisy and squeaky just as a note-it did not take away from my overall experience but it was a bit annoying and as a suggestion maybe put some carpet/rugs on the floor to absorb some of that noise. If one or two larger mugs were in the cabinet that would be appreciated. These are very minor things and the view is well worth it and the wraparound terrace is an extra special feature.

Very peaceful and gorgeous panoramic view. The bed mattress and pillows were very comfortable and I need to point this out because this is an exception not the norm. I had a wonderful repose, rest and sleep. In the early morning with the mist, view over charming Toledo and coffee on the terrace was a delightful experience. Miguel is an excellent, kind and knowledgable host of this historical, heritage property. Miguel provided several links for restaurants, attractions, supermarket etc...he is very helpful. There was a coffee machine with excellent strong coffee capsules, thank you for that!. It has all the appliances needed-dishwasher, stovetop, fridge and washing machine.

If you´re going to Toledo you already know it´s hilly, so you´re probably able-bodied but if not you need to know the apartment is on the top floor of a splendid old building with no lift.

Outstanding location and the paid private parking nearby is a real bonus. Walking distance to everywhere in the casco histórico. Miguel is extremely helpful. On any future trip to Toledo I wouldn´t bother even looking for anywhere else, we´d come straight back here.

Very little to dislike. My only comment is that I would have liked larger cups, as I am a tea drinker - the coffee cups are fairly small.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, near to the cathedral. It's an historic building with up to date facilities. My apartment was on the 4th floor, but that did not phase me, and of course it provided rooftop views. Although it's in the centre, there were no problems with noise. The host was great, he even met me in his car on the edge of the city and guided me to where I could park my car in secure private parking.

The apartment is on the third floor with no lift, but it's well lit and the stairs are easy. The view is worth it!

We couldn't have had a more central, ideal location, within easy walking distance of Toledo's monuments. Miguel met us at the Bisagra Gate and led us us right to a safe parking garage where he had already booked us in. The building has so much character and you can even visit the roman baths that were discovered in the basement when it was renovated.

The wooden floor is very loud, but I guess it is normal since it is a historical building

Where it was situated, the facilities ( the bed was very confy, it has a fully equipped kitchen, it has soap, sampoo, shower gel and AC), the kindness of the owner who speaks good English.

Not a complaint - just some advice: would be great to have some black coffee pods (for those that can't have dairy)... but loved that there was an in-house coffee option :)

Miguel was incredibly helpful. He contacted us WhatsApp which was great as our Spanish SIM stopped working and Booking.com messages temporarily glitched. He arranged to meet us at an easy to get to location and then had us follow his car into the private parking (additional fee pre-arranged). This was ESSENTIAL as we would never have had the confidence to navigate the old-town streets and avoid one way lanes and narrow paths where our car would NOT have fit. He gave us a great brief explanation of the buildings history, explaining local sites and value for money options (in English). The place was perfectly located close to everything: major sites, supermarket for groceries, restuarants galore. We were on the top floor so had our own little balcony and great rooftop views... although the 6 flights of stairs to reach the 3rd floor caused some group groaning after a long day (in 38degree heat) walking up the slopes of Toledo - but that's a reflection of our fitness... not the accomodation :) Beds were comfortable. Airconditioner was a god-send! Front door and internal courtyard were super-cool. Even has it's own ruins of Roman baths in the building.

Our host was very helpful especially with getting us into the property land out again eading us through the old city by car and out again and organising the parking space. The view from the apartment was fantastic. The building was beautifully renovated and very in anexcellent position for exploring thee city

We loved everything about our stay! Our host, Miguel was gracious and friendly! He arranged our parking and met us to bring us to the parking and the apartment. The apartment had tons of character which is what we wanted when staying in such an historic city. The little balcony with the view of the spire of the Cathedral was such an added bonus! After a long day of sight seeing, enjoying the view over a glass of wine was so relaxing. And peacefully. Despite being in the heart of everything, the evenings were very peaceful! The location was perfect within walking distance to all the key sights. We highly recommend this apartment!

My only extremely minor criticism is that there is no shelf in the shower to set things down.

This apartment exceeded my expectations! The photos accurately depict the apartment. The location is excellent and anything you might want to see or do is a short walk away. The apartment is very comfortable and has every amenity I wanted plus there are great views. Pepa was always very responsive with any questions I had. She met me at the apartment to let me in and sent me a list of recommended restaurants. I had work to do during my stay which included web conferences and the WiFi worked great with no interruptions or slowdowns. Next time I am in Toledo I will absolutely stay here.

This is not a banal flat. It is in an historical building, with an impressive patio, and is furnished with care. The flat is truly at the heart of the old town and everything that matters is at walking distance. It was a privilege to get to know Toledo by being there. All appliances work very well and furniture is very comfortable. The owner is extremely responsive.

One of the best places we have ever stayed. Amazing view of the cathedral tower. Located in a historical building in the heart of the old town. Hosts met us outside the old town and led us to the parking and the apartment. Very kind and helpful hosts. Clean, quiet, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, amazing location. The host even carried our luggage up the four flights of stairs for us!

Everything was amazing

We loved absolutely everything!!!Amazing location, beautifully decorated room, very clean and comfortable, nice bed and other facilities. Close to everything in the old city of Toledo..and the landlords were very polite and helpful-they offered to come and pick us up with their car from the public parking and gave us a quick tour of the main monuments of the city while explaining where to find food and drinks. They also helped us carry our luggage as there is no elevator. The building were the room is located is absolutely stunning, with Roman ancient baths below (which you can visit) Highly recommended!!!
