Difficult to find space at the pool area. Guests reserve chairs and do not use them. The rooms are relatively small.

The only thing that I say was pretty average was the breakfast. The fruit is excellent but everything else is nothing special for a 4 stars Spanish hotel. I didn't eat lunch or dinner in the hotel so I cannot judge there.

I upgraded to a junior suite. The room was over twice as big as the standard rooms and it had a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The bed was really large and the matress was sturdy and very comfortable. The room was well decorated and you had a massive high quality TV, two sofas, a desk and so much space to feel comfortable. The staff cleaned the room really well and they were very friendly. The location for this hotel is perfect for anyone that wants to walk to 4 lovely beaches. Also Cala Galdana is literally 2 mins walk from this hotel. So if you don't want to explore the other 3 beaches that are 30 mins by foot, you have one next door.

The token for the pool towels which is replacing the pool towel every 3 days, it was not practical nor convenient

The food was excellent, we took a half board and it was so so good. The location is superb. The room that was given to us was in a higher floor as I requested looking over the pool and the pretty Menorca hill .. you made our stay so special

Room walls are very thin and we could perfectly hear the guests next door talking or even snoring.

Two flight delays made us miss the last flight to Menorca and we had to spend the night in the Barcelona Airport. The hotel charged us for the missed night because we booked through Booking.com. It is a struggle to communicate with Bookling.com while traveling. I hope to resolve this once we get home.

Wonderful room, comfy bed, very clean. Our terrace and "partial" view was glorious of Cala Galdana. The breakfast was incredible! So many choices. It was all delicious and well prepared. The location was great for us. We hiked the trail to the other Cala. We didn't use the pools, but they looked lovely.

The cleaning could've been better. We noticed some hair in the shower and nail pieces in the sink when we checked in the room. There were dust balls under the bed. Also the quality of some breakfast items were not in line with the price and star rating. You could easily taste the margarin in the butter.

The location of the hotel is just perfect. Also we were very happy choosing our base on the island as Cala Galdana because it is close to the best beaches around, while being well connected to both main cities of the island. Breakfast was pleasant, especially in the terrace. Our room had lovely views to the pool and the river. For the deal we got in the pre-season, it was a value for money.

That we didn’t have one free spa session, especially in early season when the pool is not heated and too cold to get in. The outside pool was too cold in early season. The pool bar closes too early (6pm)

I feel there should definitely be a shuttle bus provided by the hotel to and from the airport. There also needs to be more chefs in the hot section of the breakfast. The poor man was on his own under so much pressure trying his best to cook for us and working so fast as the queue was building and the guests weren’t exactly being understanding or patient about it.

It was beautiful, lots of activities to do and I loved that there was Yoga and Pilates free every morning. the swimming pools and gardens are beautiful and well kept. When I went to the spa it was pretty empty which I loved. The receptionists were lovely as were all the staff and the cleaners. I was greeted by everyone. the room was lovely I did ask to change room the first day as my room was in the shade and within a few hours I was moved to a different location, Marta was really understanding and minimal fuss was made.
