I had not noticed that this hotel does not have a bar or restaurant, only bed and breakfast available. Information re parking is lacking on the Booking.com website. Not the hotel's responsibility of course, but unfortunately our stay was marred by the hordes of tourists who descended off three visiting cruise ships.

Excellent boutique hotel right in the heart of the old town. Beware - despite Google do not try to drive there! It is better to park in the underground parking station Paseo de Canalejas and take a 6 minute walk. (20Euros/24 hrs). Beautiful decor, warm reception and a pleasant room. Only one chair despite it being a double room. Good quiet air-conditioning, well-appointed modern bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast in a delightful breakfast-room on the ground floor.

We were a little disappointed in the breakfast. Food could have been fresher. Selection was a bit limited.

The room layout was average for a premium double room - awkward storage, closet, etc. Extra charge for small box of water seemed excessive. Also extra charge to use spa facilities.

The hotel is a lovely old building in a good location. The breakfast was good and the server very helpful. Bathroom fine.

A small point - the hotel mugs are too big for the coffee machine in the bedroom ( I understand smaller cups are on order)so need to be used with care as the water gets very hot

This hotel is situated in an old restored building with beautiful period features such as the grand staircase and glass atrium .The location is central situated in the old town .The bedroom was fitted out to the highest standard with a great spacious bathroom and excellent shower .The breakfast is first class with a huge choice of fruit cheese bread etc and eggs cooked to order .At reception there is always available fruit drinks and small pastries .All the staff were so helpful and friendly with plenty of good advice on places to visit restaurants and how to get there etc Highly recommend this hotel .

Nothing I didn't like. There's a common area / library that at certain times may be a bit noisy as it is next to where the breakfast is served.

We could hear a very loud bunch in the room next to use the last night.

Stunning property, luxuriously designed, very convenient, beautiful and clean, right in the heart of Cadiz. The spa facility was nice - we were able to pre-book a timeslot and have it just to ourselves which was nice. Even though you could hear the hustle of the city with open windows, once they were closed the outside noise disappeared.

When light off at night in the bedroom, the green spot showing the exit reflecting on the map of the hôtel on the door. But that didn't stop me from having a good night's sleep !

Everything ! Monumental building well arranged and decorated. Kind, welcoming and helpful staff at reception, maid serving breakfast (very efficient service. After proposing tea or coffee, she asked how I wanted my egg to be cooked) and cleaning ladies (offered to help carrying our suitcase). Nice and clean Spa with sauna. The bedroom was extremely confortable and quiet, with a confortable kig size bed and lovely bathroom perfectly clean. At last an hôtel offering a true and powerful hair dryer ! Breakfast was a pleasure, quality products with a delicious tortilla.

I really couldn't fault it. It is a small htel and therefore no meals / room service but the cafes and restaurants of Cadiz are just a few minutes walk away. Did i say it is a beautiful environment, a special place?
