The only pet peeve I have is with the music played in the common grounds (hallways) that was noticeable from our room. But after hours it was shut down. Perhaps next time I will just request for it to be shut down when we go for sleep.

The place is amazing, a proper 5 star hotel in the center of the old town. Very clean, very premium, a place where you will surely will have a great time with serenity and many amenities to enjoy. Also, you can walk everywhere (although Logrono is already a tiny town, this place makes it even tinier!).

The duplex layout would have suited a family looking for additional bed space ...unfortunately the split level wasn't perfect for a couple. It meant the bedroom area was unnecessarily small. Plenty of hanging space, but no drawers or shelving in the wardrobe. 25euro charge for the spa seemed excessive and wasn't flagged in advance, but it was a good finish to the day. Great to have an underground garage but beware, it is a very tight space and not for novice drivers.

Very central location, with large bathroom and huge,very comfortable bed, with great bedlinen and pillows and tasteful decor. ....minibar, nespresso machine and complimentary water were appreciated. Very good quality breakfast, with lots of variety: juices, fruit, cereals, pastries and hot and cold savoury food. Nice to have a bar which was open til late...we didn't visit the upstairs bar/terrace due to the time of year....but in the summer it would be lovely.

I think the spa could be little cleaner, especialy the swimming pool water, I found some hairs tangled at the jacuzzi chair.

True 5 stars experience! From the decoration of the room, the quality of the equipment, the small details (candies and freebies) to the SPA experience, everything was truely wonderful. I rarely give a 10 but this time it's well deserved.

Getting car in and out of the underground garage - a problem in all of Spain - but its better than cars cluttering the streets. Best to take a smaller car.

Helpful friendly staff, large bedroom, new refurb I think. Toilet had a night light on it - excellent idea! Top class walkin rainhead shower. Good selection of snacks and drinks in fridge (handy during siesta mode). Great location in centre.

Beautiful and very well located in the heart of the city. !!! It has a very nice rooftop too. Very modern rooms. They provide you with slippers and robe for the room.

The breakfast food was good but there were not enough staff on when busy . The reception staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful . The hotel was very convenient right in centre of town and the rooftop bar was delightful

Breakfast staff quite slow. No coffee machine so all coffees had to be ordered, that took a long time. Also tables not cleaned or re laid in a speedy manor. Strongly suggest to add a coffee machine or two

Huge noisy wine festival right outside our hotel. Once a year event. They gave us a room on the back side and had good windows, so in room it was quiet, while completely mad outside.

Great location. Staff helped with info both in Logrono and for La Rioja. Room was nice. Good breakfast.

Parking space was convenient, although very tight with the car elevator! And can be complicated to reach hotel by far because it is located in a pedestrian area with restricted car access.

Staff at reception really friendly, eager to help and give recommendations for visits in the area, good English skills. Nice room, good airco, great shower, nice little rooftop bar, location in old post building in the middle of Logrono. Parking space in the basement of the hotel

The car lift into the underground car park was difficult to get in and out of with a big car. However the reception staff were very helpful in guiding us in and out.

We got upgraded to a suite. It was fantastic! Impeccable, beautiful details and absolutely comfortable. The location is perfect. Parking available if you reserve in time.
