The location of the hotel is not good at all. It's a 30 minute walk into the city, which for the cost of the rooms is just too much. You can't just pop out for dinner and then stroll home, it's too far for the high price of the rooms. In addition, the pool on the ground floor is not ideal. You need to walk past the reception, people having afternoon tea, or people in the restaurant and bar to get to the pool which is uncomfortable. Also, because the pool is not on a rooftop, it only has the sun for a limited time and then it's gone, again, it's not good for the high price of the hotel. There are no sun loungers either so people are sat on chairs around the pool, and for the size of the hotel, there are not enough chairs / places to sit by the pool. There should be sun loungers the whole way around the pool.

The staff were absolutely exceptional. 10/10. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, they were kind, polite, engaged. I do not remember the last time I had such an amazing experience with staff at a hotel.

A very nice and new hotel, placed perfect, opposite Santa Justa station,very close to the city center.The hotel is decorated with good taste,refinement ,a nice jointing between traditional and modern.The room are spacious and confortable .The team is very young ,attentive, discret, with big smile and helpful.We felt indulge !We had a very nice hollyday în a spectacular town,Sevilla!

The dinner was average, we enjoyed eating out a bit more than the in-house restaurant. Not including the breakfast though, the breakfast is very good!

The hotel is amazing. Very comfortable location, beautiful design, amazing staff and incredible breakfast. We really liked staff members at the breakfast restaurant, who were extremely helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Alvaro for kind hospitality. The breakfast has very good variety of food and good quality. The hotel brought me a birthday cake, which was so touching. Also, room was very clean, well decorated and a bed super comfortable

The pool area isn't quite finished but the hotel is still new so this will improve I'm sure. We would have preferred some sun loungers rather than chairs. The hotel is a little further out from central Seville so you do have to bear that in mind and expect either a bus ride or decent walk in.

The rooms were a great size, modern clean hotel and the breakfast was exceptional. Loved having the pool to cool down in from those hot Seville days. The terrace and bar area were great and my husband was happy they showed the football one evening!

The location was good in so far as it was near the train station but was a fair walk to most of the major sightseeing attractions. We had to use taxis a lot though this was due to a temporafy mobility issue. Otherwise we would have walked to most places despite the distances!

Hotel was very clean, fresh and bright. Really tastefully decorated and furnished. Staff were professional but friendly and helpful. Our room was nice. Bathroom and shower was great. Really appreciated bathrobes, slippers and the thoughtful supply of hair straighteners. Breakfast was fab! Really lovely selection of foods and drinks. We also had dinner in the restaurant. Food and drinks were really good and very reasonably priced. Restaurant staff were, again, friendly and helpful!!

The location. I should have checked to see, but this is near the train station and not an easy walk to downtown. If you are dining downtown, sometimes cabs are not easy to find, especially on Sunday so then walking back can be a good 35 mins. Cabs are not easily available at all times from the hotel, but the staff is very helpful and always call for one if you book in advance.

The staff was excellent, front office was friendly and efficient. rooms were very well appointed and housekeeping was VERY efficient. Overall this hotel was great to be at. Safe, secure, clean, and breakfast was fab.

The hotel is opposite the railway station, a pleasant 15 minutes walk from the centre/all main sights of Seville. This was not a problem for us however visitors should be aware. Taxis can be booked via the hotel which are around 7 euros each way and there are busses. There is an advantage with this location however as you are away from late night noise in the centre.

The hotel is very stylish with a luxurious feel from the moment you arrive. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. From the moment we checked in we felt welcomed by everyone. The rooms are spacious, well serviced and soundproof. Underground parking was pre-booked in the underground car park which was safe and secure.
