Breakfast was unimaginative but perfectly edible. Yet another hotel that does not understand that we need a shelf or something to put things down in the bathroom.

Quite a good hotel. The decoration is very calming but make sure you get a renovated room. The beds feel a bit rigid but actually are quite comfortable. The location is very convenient for the old town and the palace. Parking is very easy. The breakfast room is relaxing place to start the day.

Would have been nice to have a bar in the lounge area.

Great location near the old town. Bars, restaurants, tram and bus stops nearby. Hotel is decorated in a textured off white colour, which is very relaxing, feels like it should have spa facilities! Great choice at breakfast, possible to eat out on the terrace on a sunny day. Polite and helpful staff.

Bit Noisy so did not sleep well. No facilities in room for a drink.

Breakfast was fair and we were able to take our Dog in a designated area. Noise all night from Music, People talking, singing outside window.

Only one bedside table and nowhere to hang bath towels or put toiletries The bedside lamps hung from the ceiling and very easy to hit your head

The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable. The shower was very good, lots of water pressure. A good selection of food for breakfast too.

The room we got was not well isolated and we could hear our neighbors talking and going about in their bathroom. The breakfast used to be very good. This time around I found it has become like every were else.

The way they have reformed this hotel is very nice and with lots of taste. The employees are very professional and friendly. The location is excellent.

Very noisy on Saturday night. Our room was at the front and noise outside until after 5am. Other nights fine.

It might be helpful to have a mirror in the room, especially for ladies.

Simple, stylish, modern. Floors of polished concrete and in hallways a certain amount of exposed brickwork. Good en-suite shower with large shower head.

The room was very hot and we did not manage to get the temperature down, even when opening the windows for hours when the outside temperature was around 10 degrees celcius.

Arriving by car is awkward and because of the tram you will need to negotiate a lot of what look like pedestrian only side streets on approach. The breakfast was beautifully presented but a little bit less generous than I expected.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Interior decor very pleasant. Parking at city underground (just 50 meters away) is arranged at reception.

No air conditioning was available and the day we arrived it was extremely hot for April. However, the staff was able to locate a fan which made the night comfortable. There was no mini-fridge in the room, nor welcome water. Public parking can be somewhat difficult to locate and when you exit, a tad difficult if you pay for the parking at the hotel as it’s a two-step process. However, the ticket reception in the parking garage was super helpful.

The staff was extremely hospitable. They answered all our questions during pre- and post-arrival. The boutique hotel is well appointed, the decor minimalist yet modern and comfy. The breakfast is phenomenal and the staff attentive.

The shower hose was too short and one of the cheap rubber ones so if you tried to put the shower up the pipe would kink and the shower stop!

Although this hotel is in the process of modernisation it has an extremely calm feeling about it, we unfortunately had to have one of the unreported rooms as there were three of us, but it was a good size and clean. There was a good choice at the buffet breakfast and the room was very nice.

Travelling with a dog. I understand policy on breakfast room but we were taken to a table a fair distance away and not provided with a tray so it was very difficult to carry plate and hot drink. A tray would have been useful

Lovely breakfast, very nice staff and great ambience. Ideal location too for seeing main tourist sights.
