The large group staying had children running around hotel common area playing hide and seek and making a lot of noise even in main bar area. We decided to eat across the road at restaurant due to this.

Hotel about 5-10 mins drive out of Avila centre but easy. Parking free in outside area. Staff very helpful. Large facility so gets large groups through. We had a loft style room on second floor, very clean but could do with a bit more light, maybe another floor lamp as very dark.

Very dark throughout especially the bedroom The aironditiioner in our room did not work. When we opened the window to let in fresh air, we were swarmed by mosquitoes. The food in the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner, was very disapointing.

It would be nice to have a tea or coffee facility in the room. For my babies bottles I had to go to the reception for hot water. Which the staff have no problem doing but just a little annoying. I would of paid rental for a kettle.

The pool and the area around it is beautiful. It’s very peaceful. The room was very spacious. The staff were brilliant couldn’t do enough for you. The pool makes the hotel.

It was early in the season that's why I think the restaurant wasn't open in the evening. But with the help of the staff (who really went the extra mile) one of the waiters drove out to get me a pizza. The receptionist was extra helpful and professional.

The place is in a quiet zone with a great surrounding landscape and view from the room. The room was very big and comfortable and the cleanliness was spot on. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Avila city although relatively near must be reached by car.

Nice location, outside the city, fresh air. The rooms were very spacious. The rooms were repainted, but the furniture is still the old one. Large bathroom, separation between closet and the rest of the bathroom, bathtub and shower.

A person how is responsible for cleaning the rooms should focus more on the shower area. The rest of the room was clean.

We stayed for one night. The hotel has a historical vibe. It's luxurius in the 90s way - dark furniture, big lounges with fireplaces, room's setup. The room was very spacious and the bed very big and comfy. The best hotel breakfast we had in Spain. Just don't expect a modern 4-star hotel. It has all that is legally required to get 4 stars, but it's just older. But it has very unique vibe and I would pick it again.

The bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived. There were flies in the garden that could be annoying when sunbathing.

The hotel is located 4 km from the center of Avila. It is close to a golf course and the main road. It has beautiful views of the surroundings and it is very peaceful and quiet. The swimming pool is nice and there is plenty of space for sunbathing. I used the gym in the basement everyday and had a really nice relaxing time. A perfect place for a weekend get away.

The wifi was very weak in our room

10 minutes drive from Avila, the room looked amazing, feels like a luxury hotel and since it was off-season there were barely any people so it was quiet Many power sockets too
