I like the fact it was not very far from the centre and you could get one bus and you’ll be there in less than 30 minutes

The second bathroom doors was not closing that was A bit disappointing. Even though the cleaner used to clean every morning, the bathrooms Some men were not very clean, They don’t understand the concept of sharing bathroom Is so they used to urine all over the Toilet seat. There was a bit disgusting for me! ☹️

the fact of having no personnel on reception, or any keys to get in and out from the hotel, they have a smart system to open the door using your phone, but it is not practical, if you have a dead battery outside, and you return to the hotel, then you risk to stay outside, or in case you to the toilet and you forget your phone inside the room, then you can't open the door,

Very far from the Centre, the mode of access to the room is ridiculous. You need to constantly use a link to get to the room even when coming back from the toilet or the area outside. It is in the outskirts of Madrid and the most convenient way to get to the Centre would be through an Uber which makes it pricey.

walls are too thin, you listened what the next room talks beds are uncomfortable toilets are very small not clear enough how to open the doors, especially not young people struggling with it and the worse is that the emails they sent, there is no phone to call and if you forget your mobile while going to the toilet and close the door, who knows who and when can help you.

One towel was provided, when i received it, it was small and had a few stains on it. Room was smaller than perceived on website, probably wouldn't fit two people despite the double bed. Walls quite thin so you could hear other rooms clearly.

Everything worked to expectations. Good value for money, phone to open doors worked perfectly. Bus is 2 mins down the road and will get you to the city centre quickly and cheaply. Wifi worked well and you could also get service in the room as well. Shared bathroom also had a hairdryer which is helpful.

This place is run by thieves, criminals. There is never anyone at the hostel. They have an online check in system that is supposed to give the codes to enter into the electronic door locks but the system does not give the codes. They have WhatsApp but will not speak to customers and will not give codes. I was not able to go without codes. They charged me anyway and Booking would not refund me. Their only telephone is a Venezuelan number. These people are thieves. I will start the police procedure in next days against Booking and AYZ.

It was horrible! The cleaning lady steal my promise ring, and she denied it when we asked her about that. The room was dirty and we find someone else’s hair and some other hair. The bed sheet was covered with someone else’s blood. The bathroom was dirty too. The toilet was covered by sh!t..The photos didn’t match with the reality. The room was quite small for 2 people and we only get 1 towel. The toilet paper wasn’t enough and if you wanted to ask for more, you have to pay for it! It was dirty under the bed. We couldn’t reach nobody out, they didn’t respond any of the emails or something like that. So we don’t recommend this hostel. Rather find something else. And it was really really expensive….for nothing…

After checking out, it appears my partner left a stain of light brown makeup on the bed sheets. They lied and called it blood and charged my card twice after it checked out because they are unaware that blood is red.

The room was half compared to the pictures online. It had one small window. Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell on the first floor. The walls are extremely thin, we could hear the neighbour snoring and the doors opening/closing all night long.
