Excellent location, exactly what I was looking for: A relaxing place out of the city hassle, but still close enough to take advantage of the city offerings. In less than 5 minutes from the bed you are in the beach. While we stayed there was a water pressure issue. I reported this, and the staff called a technician who fixed the issue the same day. Excellent reaction time, and support.

Minor things to be aware of - It is above a restaurant so you get some music and cooking smells whilst open. Not really an issue except for on Sat when the music was much louder, but did stop about 10pm (we were on the terrace, probably less of an issue inside). Personally would have preferred different outdoor seats (two deck chairs provided) but there was also built in seating which was fine.

Lovely apartment, well furnished with nice decor and plenty of space. Great terrace with a view of the beach (about 100m away) and all along the coastline and of the sunset. Also a small second terrace above with views all round. Spent most of our time outside. Comfy bed. Good shower. Small kitchen but had everything we needed. Good location for exploring the north of the island. Francesco and all the restaurant staff very friendly and a nice place to eat.

We were aware that the apartment is over a restaurant, and last time we stayed in November 2022, it was not a problem. We expected some noise from the restaurant but this year it really bothered us. Loud music from 1pm until 11pm. The evenings were ok as we were mostly out, but it was pretty intrusive during the day. So if you book just be aware. A shame as we love the location and apartment, hence the high rating, but I don’t think we would book again.

This is the second time we have been to Azzurro House and the flat was just as lovely as last time. The addition of deck chairs on the balcony was a welcome addition along with new cushions.

Stylish feature - the surfboard table is a clever concept but menace in the compact kitchen area..

Location, stylish features, terrace, relaxed atmosphere with generally smooth arrival and departure due efficient and helpful contact with the owner cleaner and restaurant staff (the property is located above a restaurant)

Actually, only minor things: a small trashcan would be useful in the bathroom. A small table on the terrace, where you could eat meals (chairs are already there ;-) would also be nice, because eating at the designer table made from the surfboard is rather uncomfortable ;-) The apartment would not be comfortable for disabled persons - it is on the first floor and there are only stairs to get there.

This was our third stay at Azzurro House - and probably not our last ;-) The apartment is quite modern, comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with all the appliances needed for a holiday stay. The bed is comfortable. The view from the living room, bedroom and from the terrace - fantastic!!! There is a very good Italian restaurant downstairs, but usually around 11 pm it closes and then it is quiet and peaceful. The wonderful beach is only a step away. Although it is a bit far to the town and the stores - you can easily walk there, but for larger grocery shopping it is better to go by car.

A couple of sun loungers on the terrace would’ve been nice. There’s very limited storage space in the kitchen and we think a small folding dining table instead of the surf board would be better for eating on. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Very comfortable bed and great shower. Instant hot water. Spacious terrace with corner seating area and a table and chairs. Lovely views onto La Concha beach and the ocean. It’s a detached building so we didn’t need to worry about noisy neighbours waking us up. Also, we stayed when the restaurant below was closed so there was total peace and quiet the whole time. Only a 10 minute walk into town along the beach.

We were delighted with the property if I had to suggest something to improve the stay, it would be great to have some beach chairs to borrow.

Lovely flat, with a spacious terrace overlooking the sea. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely shower and nice to have decent crockery and cutlery.

All was perfect

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Everything was perfect, the decoration, the equipment, and especially the superb terrace with a magical view. The restaurant of owner was absolutely excellent too, certainly one of the best in El Cotillo. Thank you for hospitality and congratulations.

Fantastic localisation , solo apartament with 360 deg siew on roof. One of the best reataurant on place.
